Waterdrop 10UB-B Under Sink Water Filter System with Dedicated Black Faucet

I have had this faucet and filter for a while now and am highly satisfied with it. I bought this so I could stop using water bottles. The installation was pretty easy, I did not have any problems. I have not been having any leakage or odor or anything bad. After doing the initial flush of the faucet, the water has been crystal clear with a great taste ever since. The small faucet looks good next to the main one, making it a practical and space-saving place to have my filtered water. I use the water to cook instead of taking out 5 water bottles. This has been one of the best purchases I have made for my kitchen. I like how easy it is to buy and replace the filter when its time is up.

I live in an area where the tap water has a strong chlorine "pool" smell and lingering concerns about PFAS. After getting tired of refilling a pitcher four times a day, I upgraded to the Waterdrop 10UB. For the price, the peace of mind and convenience are unbeatable. The Breakdown: Filtration Performance: The difference in taste is night and day. It effectively removes that chemical chlorine aftertaste and is tested against NSF/ANSI 42 (for taste/odor) and NSF/ANSI 53 (specifically for lead and PFAS). Unlike many basic filters, this one actually targets "forever chemicals" (PFOA/PFOS), which was the main selling point for me. +1 The "11K Gallon" Capacity: This is the workhorse of under-sink filters. Most filters at this price point give you maybe 2,000 gallons. At 11,000 gallons (roughly 12 months of use), you can use this for drinking, cooking, and filling the dog's bowl without constantly worrying about "wasting" the filter life. Installation: I am far from a plumber, but I had this up and running in about 15 minutes. It uses push-to-connect fittings that are basically foolproof. The kit includes a dedicated brushed nickel faucet, which feels much higher quality than the plastic ones you usually see. Pros: No Waste Water: Unlike Reverse Osmosis systems, this doesn't waste a single drop of water and doesn't require a bulky storage tank taking up your whole cabinet. Fast Flow: Even though it’s filtering out lead and PFAS, the flow rate is solid. It fills a 12oz glass in a few seconds—no more standing around waiting for a slow drip. Space-Saving: The filter is slim and vertical. I still have plenty of room for my cleaning supplies under the sink. Cons: Does NOT Lower TDS: A common misconception is that this will lower your TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading. It won't, because it leaves in healthy minerals like calcium and magnesium. If you want 0 TDS water, you need an RO system. Dedicated Faucet Required: This specific model (10UB) comes with its own faucet. If you want to connect the filter directly to your existing kitchen faucet, you should look at the 10UA model instead.

Easy to install, after running the water for about 5 mins, we have crystal clear water that tastes pure. Works great so far paired with our Soda Stream. No more chlorine smell from city water! Great product imo.

This sure beats using a pitcher. The filter was easy to install with the included hardware. I did shorten the hose. The filter takes the chlorine and metal tastes out of the water. The faucet is well constructed of heavy metal material and has been working well. The valve is very positive and doesn’t leak.

I replaced an old Culxxxx filter system with this Waterdrop - a huge improvement. The 3/8” supply line provides a tremendous flow, way better than the old 1/4” tubing the Culxxxx used. Well, the reviews saying install is so easy, not sure about that. The provided supply hardware requires a cut into the main cold water line. In my case there was an existing branch dedicated to the water filter spigot (since it’s a retrofit) so cutting into the main supply was overkill. The provided Waterdrop valve will not function as a stop valve, so instead I discarded it and used a 1/2” to 3/8” shxxk bite quarter turn stop valve installed on the dedicated filtered water supply line branch. It worked just fine (see picture). If you do this don’t forget to use 3/8 brass fitting insert into the 3/8 Waterdrop vinyl supply line so it can support the compression fitting from the shxxk bite stop valve. A couple other things, remember to install the blue locking clips on the filter input/output quick connects to keep the lines in place. The instructions forget to mention this but the clips are supplied. Lastly it appears the filter unit contains a battery that tracks filter life somehow. There is zero mention or explanation of this in the instructions but a sticky label is included which describes the function. So the instructions and install options could use a little tuning up for sure.

Easy to install this water filter under the sink, easy Parts assembly. The filter works great so far and has greatly improved our water. The tap does have a high pressure but once you are used to that part, it is nice to have. Great value.

We were looking for ways to cut cost and after realizing we were spending upwards of 400$ for bottled water in a year, this was a no brainer. I didn't want to lose my "pretty" faucet to an ugly one with a brita filter, and I know I'd be the only one to keep an in the fridge pitcher full so we needed something more than just a filter. Our sink had a built in soap dispenser that hasn't worked for years so this was the perfect solution--filtered water and a faucet dedicated to it! It took about an hour to install but that was mostly spent trying to fit my shoulders through the cabinet to get under the sink and trying to blindly screw the nut into place that locks the faucet in place. The plastic disc that cushions the bottom of the sink from the nut is satan's work--it has a opening wide enough to sit around the threads that secure the faucet to the sink but I REALLY wish it had been a closed circle that could've just been slid on over the needed area. That made up probably 10 minutes of our struggle because you had to hold it on and screw the nut on with the same hand because there wasn't enough space to reach into the gap. Marking and mounting the filter was cake and I appreciate that it allows mounting vertically AND horizontally because to me, that means if it's just a smidge crooked, it's not the end of the world (spoiler: it's a smidge crooked). The faucet is great because the spout can be turned each direction. We have a very heavy dog bowl we used to have to balance while filling and now that we can just pivot that, we can sit the bowl on the counter to fill. Very handy. As of July 2026, the filter replacement is only 25.99 which is not bad at all for a year or 11k gallons. This did not come with teflon tape but it did come with the additional fitting you might need if you have a particular pipe fitting which I think is WAY better. We didn't need that fitting but I'd rather have and not need than go to Lowes and hope to god I get the right thing. Everything fit great, no issues. I wish the hose had size options because it's not something you can cut and refit and it was just way too long for our needs and it's a very rigid material so it's not easy to manipulate. No issues with leaking of any kind thus far. If there were I'm sure it would've been user error. As for odor I haven't noticed any kind of smell before or after installation. Can't reliably speak to the durability yet but I love this thing so much!! Just set a reminder to order a filter or setup auto ship!

The package came with everything I needed for installation, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. From opening the box to having fresh filtered water, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I've been very happy with the performance so far. The system operates silently, with no noticeable noise at all. It also does a great job removing the chlorine odor that is sometimes present in city water, which has made the water much more pleasant to drink. Water flow and pressure are both excellent—I haven't noticed any reduction compared to the unfiltered line. Overall, I'm impressed with the water quality and convenience. In fact, I plan on getting another one for the upstairs bathroom so I can have fresh filtered water readily available without having to head downstairs to the kitchen every time I want a glass in the evening.

En el apartamento tenía montado un sistema igual de otra marca y este año de repente el filtro de recambio ha pasado de costar 35€ a 100€. Una locura que no tiene explicación alguna, sobre todo si se tiene en cuenta que el recambio del sistema de ósmosis (3 filtros más postfiltro) que tengo en mi vivienda principal me cuesta 60€ con instalación (mucho más barato todavía si lo haces tú). En fin, que no me daba la gana pasar por el aro, así que me decidí por este sistema. Compré el sistema completo pensando que el filtro no sería compatible con el que tengo, pero qué va. Cabe perfectamente. Sustituí el anterior, pero aprovechando los tubos que ya tenía instalados y solo cambié la "carcasa", es decir, donde se inserta el filtro. Podría haberlo devuelto y quedarme solo con el recambio, pero al final pensé que quedaba mejor así. Por 100€ ahora tengo un sistema completamente nuevo (con tubos y grifo de recambio, ya que conservo la instalación anterior) y 2 (!) filtros de recambio. El sabor es igual de neutro que el anterior, así que todo perfecto. Para instalación de 0 vienen todos los componentes y es bastante sencillo montarlo, así que lo recomiendo sin dudar para todas las viviendas con poco espacio debajo del fregadero y, en especial, para apartamentos. Para tener agua buena los fines de semana y en vacaciones es insuperable.

This is a solid product that gives me real peace of mind knowing I'm drinking filtered water. The filter is rated to last a full year, which makes it a fantastic value for the price. Installation was straightforward, though you’ll need a bit of DIY skill if you're drilling into quartz countertops. For wood or laminate, the instructions clearly specify using a 3/4-inch hole saw. Overall, a great buy!

Efter inkoppling satta jag i närheten av köket. Hörde då ett ylande visslande ljud. Visar sig att filterkranen började läcka inuti samt gick inte att stänga av. Tvingades att koppla ur den efter FYRA timmar!!! Ingen retur möjlighet då köpet & montaget var veckor för långt isär. Ännu en kina shop med dålig kvalitet.
