Recently purchased and used it to lower my pool water level for winter. Well built, worked efficiently, quiet. Used an 1.5 inch hose which helped in pumping the water out quickly.

We’ve been using this pump to empty our hot tub for cleaning and refill and has done a great jobs, but where I really commend it’s ability was recently when we had major flooding from snowmelt outside our home after a downspout broke, leaving a pond of water. We let this pump run overnight to move the water and it did a great job. My husband unfortunately moved it over rocks in the morning and has since died (RIP) but that was user error. This pump lasted over 12 hours running to solve the problem. Will be buying another!

I was a little hesitant to get this pump because some of the reviews panned it, but the long cord made it perfect to drain my pool, which I did. It worked without a hitch and drained ½ of my 20K gallon pool quickly.

I use this pump to recirculate white vinegar through the tubing of a tankless water heater. It works well with good volume flow, and it fits nicely in the 5 gallon solution bucket.
