Sturdy, great quality, adjustable, and works great. I no longer have anxiety teaching my toddlers how to swim. I’m 170 bought a large and fits perfect 🤩 I can now tread water without it and only use it when I have non swimmers in the pool in case I need to be a lifeguard 😎 inexpensive in comparison to others and I’m beyond satisfied
