Good Product

Writing this review after using theboroduct for good 15 days. It is working absolutely fine. Am using this product to give physiotherapy treatment to my mother. So far it's all good. Initially when I was buying this product there was new review avaialbe so was not sure if the product will work fine or not....but now that I am using it, I am quite satiesfied with this product. I would suggest an intrested buyer to go with it ...this will save a lot of money that we spend at a physiotherapy centre while taking tens and ultra sound treatemnt. I actually bought this for the same reason. Overall it's a good product so far. The bag in which it comes can be much better... The company should also work on making the cirners smooth as right now it's a bit sharp. Cables can also be of better quality.

One of the strongest points is the after-sales service. I have been using their product for past 3 years now and I recommend it just for customer care service. My machine has broken down once in a year and they replaced it without hassle.

(1) The instruction manual was not included. So had trouble trying to understand how to use the machine. (2) The ultrasonic head does not have an indicator light. So it is difficult to tell if the contact is proper or not. (3) The carry bag was also torn from multiple places. Felt like it was old/used product. (4) However, the machine itself seems to work as intended.

My elbow was dislocated so after that I ordered this Frist I received an damaged product after replacing I received the better one and it works amazing totally helpfull, very easy to use anybody can use best for pain relief,comes with a poch so verymuch easy to carry at this price rate it's totally worth if you have little bit knowledge about these things you can easily manage this at home for your injuries
