I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and effective this detox tea is. The lemon flavor is light and refreshing, making it easy to drink, especially in the evening. It didn’t cause harsh cramping or discomfort, which I really appreciated compared to other cleanse teas I’ve tried.

I've ordered this product a few times, i feel like i've already shared a review on it, but if not-- I'll do it now. If i have, oops, hah! I've been using Teami products for about 5 years now, more or less, cant remember. But i've tried the colon tea many times! I have to say THIS one the lemon flavor is way better than the original! Even though i didnt mind the original in the beginning (only option.. lol) I wasnt the biggest fan of the original flavor or smell (wasnt that bad, just too earthy sometimes) So if you have had that issue but love the product because it works- please try the lemon! Tastes delicious and much more pleasant to drink! This tea does work very well if done right. First off, i highly suggest drinking alot of water before during and after drinking the tea. Drinking the water before helps to ease the pain of the cramps. If you dont drink alot of water with this you will have bad cramps- so just drink lots of water, and it'll work out great (even better actually hah)

I have problems going to the restroom regularly, even though I eat healthy and exercise regularly. My usual colon cleansing drink stopped being sold so i found this cause of the good reviews. Not as strong as I hoped. So I steep it for a lot longer than recommended then it clears me out great! Bonus hack is I keep the tea bag to use for another day! Also it taste like regular tea. I usually like sweeteners with my tea but this ones fine without. It's not sweet but it kind of taste like a good black tea. Also I didn't get stomach cramps. Drinking water helps it work.

I purchased this tea a month now and I agree with all the comments that I read which convinced me to buy this tea. I should say i really experienced all what the seller stated that the tea can do or will do. Let me give a little run down. I took it as how it is outlined on the package a few times however I wasn't consistent so I drank a cup Thursday the 20/4/23 to be exact and I must say I had bowel movements Friday morning b4 I leave out for work a little Friday evening after I reached home from work and this morning but I believe that the reason for the multiple visits to the restroom is because I go over the the 3 minutes that the tea should steep for. Ita a good tea I believe it helps with my bloating and my bathroom visit. It's a process and a change of eating habits, u will not see any results if after cleansing your body you continue to consume the junks just the same. Take it for me and the others that experience results with just a change of your eating habits and include some exercise. You will see results.
