Great customer service
This broke a day after I got it. Wasn’t Kohl’s fault It got knocked off the magnet, but I contacted Kohler to see if they would sent me a replacement part. They replaced the whole shower assembly from free. Really boosted my faith in the company.

Extremely disappointed
On installing this showerhead, it is simply impossible to attach the showerhead in a manner that prevents the showerhead from freely spinning upside down. This seems to be due to the fact that the brass stem being pressed out of the body of the showerhead. Extremely disappointed with the seeming build quality of this showerhead. Will be reaching out to Kohler about this.

One and done item
It’s a one time use item. If you try to take it anywhere else (if you move) it breaks and doesn’t work the same. Wouldn’t recommend using long term but the jet quality is nice

If it weren't for the leaks, i would have loved it
The exact one I bought from Costco started malfunctioning so i returned it, but Costco stopped carrying this. So I bought it again from Amazon since I liked the features. However, one I got from amazon has a leak coming from a knob that is built-in to the 3-way piece to which there is nothing i can do to fix. Double checked all connections, but nope. the leak is from the item itself.
