Excellent watch for kids! Easy to set up, clear calling and video, and accurate GPS tracking. The parental app is simple and gives great control and peace of mind. My child loves it and wears it daily. Highly recommended!

This watch has a good battery life and good quality speaker and camera (definitely enough for my 8 yr old). I enjoy the parent app and like how much protection I’m able to have on the watch. It is easy to use. Issues: I recommend getting a battery door screen to keep it from popping off. Additionally, ensure that no water gets on it at ALL. I’ve had to ship it back twice now.

We’ve been using the TickTalk 5 for our child and overall it has been a good experience. The calling and GPS features work well, and it gives us peace of mind when our child is at school or outside. The setup process was straightforward, and the app is fairly easy to use. Battery life could be a little better with heavy use, but overall the watch has been reliable and useful for staying connected with family. Customer support has also been responsive when we had questions.

I bought this to keep track of our 8 yr old son. He's super active and doesn't stay in one place too long—always zipping around the neighborhood. We don't have to wonder where he is anymore as long as he has his TickTalk watch. The watch performs as good or better than expected. Video calls, gps location, regular calls, text and more. Parent controls are great too. Very happy with our TickTalk watch.

These things are amazing and super simple to operate. Love being able to see where my child is using the gps location and to quickly contact them without tracking them down. And so much cheaper than a traditional mobile phone! Highly recommend!!

We’ve been really happy with this watch. One of the biggest upgrades for us is being able to text my child directly from my phone without having to go through a separate app—it makes communication so much quicker and more convenient. I also love that it includes podcasts, which gives my child something fun and engaging to listen to during downtime. It’s a nice bonus that adds more value than just basic communication. The safety features are a huge win too. I appreciate that my child can only call family and friends who are on an approved contact list. First of all, the watch and its features are great! The parental controls are very easy to navigate and make it easy to keep tabs on your child while still allowing them freedom to explore. Pros: Easy parental controls. Easy to use for my 8yo son. Rugged, cool looking design. Decent value for the money. Cons: Cannot sent messages to Apple devices. Sometimes difficult to track in certain locations. Some lag time in tracking. Overall, we are happy with it. It’s very sweet to get little voicemails and texts from our son after school. And it’s great to be able to reach him when we need to. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it quit working on us within the first few months. My son’s sweat got inside the device through the SIM card slot and ended up causing malfunction. However, the excellent news is Tick Talk is standing behind their product and sending us a replacement - even though we did not have an extended warranty. I am very grateful as they didn’t HAVE to per their agreement. This day and age, products are only as good as the companies they stand behind them.

My son loves this watch. Great investment and he's loving being able to call his family as well as take photos and get picture messages

We bought this for our child as he was leaving to summer school. From the very first day, the battery only lasted 6 hours. Later it lasted less and less , charging very little during the whole night and after 20 days it shut off completely and never went back on. As our child was away from day one using the watch , we weren’t able to return the item … 200 euros straight in the bin. Zero recommendable
