I have the whole home setup on Kasa switches.
This smart switch does everything I wanted and the setup was painless. I can control both switches from my phone, set schedules, and integrate it with the rest of my smart home setup. If you have a two gang box and want to upgrade to smart switches without buying two separate units and dealing with cramped wiring, this is the solution. The app is straightforward and does not require a PhD to figure out. I had it connected to wifi and operational within maybe ten minutes. You can create schedules so lights turn on and off at specific times, which is great for making the house look occupied when you are away or just automating your daily routine. I have mine set to turn on the porch lights at sunset and off at midnight. Set it once and forget about it. Build quality feels solid. The switches have a nice click to them and do not feel cheap or flimsy. The face plate looks clean and modern, which was important to me because I did not want some bulky ugly switch ruining the aesthetic of the room. It blends in with the rest of the house and looks like it belongs there. Voice control works well if you are into that. I have it connected to my smart assistant and can turn lights on and off without touching anything. Handy when your hands are full or you are already in bed and realize you left a light on. Just say the command and it is handled. The two gang design is the real selling point here. Most smart switches are single gang, which means if you have a box with two switches you either need to buy two separate units and cram them together or leave one as a dumb switch. This eliminates that problem. Both switches are smart, both are controllable, and the installation is clean. Reliability has been solid. No random disconnections, no lag when I trigger the switches from the app, and no issues with the schedules failing to execute. It just works, which is really what you want from smart home equipment. I have had too many gadgets that promise convenience but create more headaches than they solve. This is not one of those. It does what it says and does it consistently.

I’m tickled pink about this purchase 👍
These things are great. I have had 3 installed on my outdoor lights for about a year now and set them to come on at dusk and go off at dawn and I don’t mess with them. I got this one for my living room light and fan. The wiring was a little tricky for me but I was able to figure it out. One switch works the fan and the other works the light. The template that comes with it makes mounting them a lot easier. I screwed them in and left some wiggle room. Then put the template on and tightened them down. I also was confused about how to install the bezel because it seemed like it wouldn’t stay but you push on it hard enough and it pops into place. I think it looks great. I bought an additional pack of 3 individual switches because they went on sale for a ridiculous price. I’ll get around to installing them in the bedrooms soon. They are pretty easy to set up and connect to WiFi also. If I can do it anyone should be able to. It was a little tricky for me but the app told me what to troubleshoot when it didn’t connect the first time. No problem and the second one was a piece of cake. I had surgery on my foot and I am not supposed to be walking on it for a while. This is going to let me stay on the couch with my foot up and I am very happy with how it turned out.

Smart, Reliable, and Easy to Use
This Kasa 2-Gang Smart Light Switch has been a fantastic upgrade for my home setup—clean, efficient, and full of smart features. 🧠 Simple Integration with Alexa & Google Home It connects seamlessly with both Alexa and Google Assistant, and doesn't require a hub (as emphasized in the title and feature list on page 1). I’ve been able to automate lighting across two rooms, and it responds instantly to voice commands or Kasa app controls. 🛠️ Quick and Clear Installation Installation was painless thanks to the included in-app guide (illustrated clearly on page 3 with wiring diagrams). It does require a neutral wire, but if you have one, the whole process takes under 30 minutes with common tools. The product is UL-certified and built for standard single pole setups. 📱 Smart Features that Actually Matter I’ve set up custom lighting schedules, grouped this switch with other Kasa devices, and even used “Away Mode” for added security when I’m not home (shown on pages 2–3). Everything syncs reliably via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. ✅ Pros: Works with Alexa, Google Assistant, SmartThings No hub required, UL listed Custom schedules, Away Mode, and grouping support Clean look and durable feel Affordable price for a 2-gang smart solution ❌ Cons: Must have a neutral wire Not compatible with 3-way switches Overall: If you’re looking to control two switches with a single smart unit, the Kasa HS200-2 delivers beautifully. Smart functionality, voice control, easy installation—this checks all the boxes for modern lighting control.

Great Once Connected but Connecting was REALLY Buggy and Inconsistent
I live in a two story loft so maybe it’s the fact there’s a ceiling/floor in between where this was placed and where the router is but connecting this to the WiFi was a bit of a pain. I have a third party router so I had to disable some advanced settings for said router which took some trial and error (thanks ChatGPT for helping troubleshoot). But beyond that once I fixed my router settings it was a matter of connecting, failing, restarting the app, resetting/restarting the switch itself and trying again for each switch to get them to individually connect to WiFi. I connected to 4 sets of ceiling lights with this, so doing that try/fail/repeat process for all four (2 per switch) took no exaggeration 1 hr at least. To give an example one connected on the first try, others no joke took 10 or more tries (trying to connect for two minutes then popping up with a fail message) Pretty annoying to deal with but once it connected initially there were no other problems.

Great Switches
I love this switches easy to program, easy to install them. I use them only for exterior lights the functionality is great and when your link them they have a friendly app.

Horrible to connect to the wifi
UPDATE: DEACTIVATE YOUR CELLULAR DATA BEFORE CONNECTING TO THE WIFI, this is going to fix the connection issue. … This is my fourth smart switch… and just like the others, you might think that putting the wires together is the hardest part until you have to connect it to the wifi… I wish tplink could fix this, this is frustrating, annoying and support and instructions don’t fix anything, it just works at some point, on its own, ridiculous!

Easy Install
Took me a while to install, but that was because my old 1974 house had a small fiberglass wall box. My dad helped me take that out and we installed a new, much larger box and these went in easy enough after I fought with some wire nuts. I used my own wire nuts because of how my house's wiring is. There were one or two too many wires involved to do it all with the simple little brown nuts that came with this. One gripe I have is putting on the wallplate. It does look clean once on, but it is very easy (i did it once, maybe twice) to overshoot the screw into the plastic on the switch when you are screwing it into the wall. I ended up being slightly out of alignment and this made it a real pain. There's still a tiny gap that I can tell when i'm looking for it, but overall it came out fine and this is MOSTLY my error, not the product's. Pairing was a little wonky with switching wifi back and forth, but I got it set up pretty easily. I'm an IT Systems Admin though, so I might have an easier time with it than someone who is brand new to smart home stuff and not used to changing wifi around to pair things, etc.

Excelente
Excelente producto. El único inconveniente es el tamaño. Ya q es como si pusieras dos interruptores juntos. Entonces si tendrías q hacer el lugar donde se va a instalar al doble de lo normal

Simple set up.
Very easy to install/replace. I used to have eve lights on each half of house. They were Powered by Leviton programmable switches. Those were nearly impossible to program. I just gave up and manually turned them on and off. These new ones are a game changer. Install them and then connect them to your wifi. I used an iPhone. Once they’re on line, simply follow the on screen prompts to set your on/off times. In just minutes I had my eve lights turning on at sunset (device knows your Lat and Long by city location) and off at 10 pm. Very simple to set up. If you want you can still override the auto function and manually switch them on using your iPhone. Way more simpler than the Leviton type.
