I thought my watch was malfunctioning but as it turned out, the original Garmin charging cable had worn out. This replacement is twice as long and works perfectly.

Only works for charging

Arrived in time. Performs as needed.

Worked fine for a week. Then would not work periodically. Now it doesn't work at all. I tried a couple of different wall plugs and even on another watch. My wife and I have the same watch... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

Needed a replacement for my Garmin activity tracker in this fit perfectly. I have been using it a couple years and it still charges my watch every time!

Garmin's charging cables are not well thought-out...putting an exposed charger connector next to (often) sweating skin leads to gross build up over time that will basically trash the charger input over time. My original charger eventually failed from all this, so I needed a reliable replacement. This product did the trick magnificently. In fact, I think it might work better than my original Garmin-provided charging cord ever did. I'm thankful that I found this so that I can try to eek out a few more years of work from my (now ancient) Fenix 5s.
