This is much more convenient and cheaper than the sachets . Does the same job . I use it consistently.

The capsules contain dry powder - I don't think this is a real liposomal formulation! True liposomal Vitamin C requires a fat-based delivery system (liquid or gel), but this tastes like ascorbic acid (possibly mixed with lecithin, not what I was looking for)! I know Zooki had an ASA complaint upheld against them years ago but I was happy with their sachets (these did feel liposomal and are in my view legitimate), so I thought this product would be okay too. Returning this for a refund. If I had wanted dry vitamin C crystals, I would have just got Solgar vit c crystals, which is cheaper and reliable. I wanted liposomal Vitamin C and frankly, I don't think this should be advertised as a liposomal supplement.

Each bottle has 60 capsules and there is a big 1000mg on the front of the bottle which makes you think each capsule has 1000mg. However, the 1000mg is per serving and each serving is 2 capsules (written in very small on the back of the bottle). I think this is incredibly dishonest and makes me concerned that this brand isn’t trustworthy.

This is the only brand from what I know that has actually done clinical trials on their liposomal products to show they’re better absorbed
