What’s the difference between the g4 vs g3?

The battery part is a lie. Knowingly, Theragun is placing G3 batteries in the G4 so you just get 75 or less min... it is written in so many other reviews

You will receive batteries that read G3 and they will last less than 60 min. They have doing that knowingly. I bought from Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and directly from them, have a couple of friends and I HAVE NOT seen a battery that reads G4. They sell PRO Batteries -separately- that cost 59 dollars EACH that they say last 150 min. Batteries that are supposed to come with the device in the first place. Very high price for what it is

I had a theragun 4th gen and used it for 5 years straight, many times a week. It became noisy, it’s a very mechanical device after all so could well be normal wear and tear and I upgraded to this one. It doesn’t feel much like an upgrade for a super high priced device, but worst of all it suddenly stopped working after about 15 months of usage. There are many comparable devices at significantly lower price points, don’t think that this one offers anything extra. Just pay attention to 16mm amplitude (many other ones have this now) and buy another brand at a 3rd or 4th of the price of this. If they break down you won’t feel as bad.
