I ordered this journal before I went away for a work conference, it was exactly what I needed to manage my to do list and keep me motivated for my conference and in my day to day life. I’ve continued using it and found it really useful for collecting my thoughts and my tasks for the day and it’s been so helpful keeping me on track and quieting my very busy mind. The journaling section for the end of the day helps me reflect on how my day went and how I feel. I really like the layout and how easy it is to use but also the ‘how it works’ section at the beginning of the book if you’ve not used a planner/journal before. I also love the protective cover it comes with, it keeps it safe and neat in my handbag. All in all I would recommend this product, it’s better than previous journals I’ve tried to use, more engaging and helpful. It’s helped me to meet my goals and keep being productive.
