The canned drinks have preservatives and they have to process nutrients differently that also takes "good stuff" away... I have been drinking this wonderful breakfast drink for YEARS (with skim milk) and I am a lot healthier than half the people around me... The Drink Powders are made on a product line where other products containing wheat are also made. There definitely could be cross contamination.
