What are the health benefits ??

I have had 3 different physicians tell me that this wonderful breakfast is better for us all than 95% of the canned drinks for nutrition and supposed good health... The canned drinks have preservatives and they have to process nutrients differently that also takes "good stuff" away... I have been drinking this wonderful breakfast drink for YEARS (with skim milk) and I am a lot healthier than half the people around me... I TRULY attribute this in large part to my Carnation Instant Breakfast... Enjoy and God bless...

Do they come already sweetened or do you have to add sugar?

It's already sweetened. I add mine to my coffee and I don't have to do add sugar or cream

The description lists other flavors. How do I get them? I don't see anything else listed for this product...?

I purchased vanilla, strawberry and chocolate at Walmart and Amazon. I purchased powder. They have 5 flavors of liquid drink flavors I haven’t purchased.

The Liquid Drinks are Gluten Free. The Drink Powders are made on a product line where other products containing wheat are also made. There definitely could be cross contamination. Therefore, they must carry the "may contain wheat" label. I found this information on the Carnation web site.
