I had my old system for about 5 years now. It is very slow. This computer is like night and day. It is very fast and meet all my needs. Setup was very straight forward. I especially like the wireless network. It make connecting to home network a breeze. Over all, I like this system. The price is very reasonable.

My wife needed a temporary work PC and this ended up working out so well, it's now her permanent work machine. Very well built, as it's an HP. She's not super enthused about the bright green led in front, but that's literally her conly complaint.

This has been a painfully slow computer and I am not sure why. Basic tasks take forever. I am probably going to have to return it. Not a fun process. Updated the graphics card which is from 2012. Not an ideal process. *UPDATE, the seller was generous and did a partial refund. After updating the graphics card it runs great.

Computer came perfectly packaged. It's clean, fast, simple to set up. I also purchased a Amazon Basics monitor too which is a great add-on to the HP desktop.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING! This computer does not come with Bluetooth. I looked up the specifications I needed to run Bluebeam (a software I use for work) being things like processor, RAM, etc.. This computer matched those specifications and had good reviews/good price value. I didn't need anything super fancy just something that could handle Bluebeam. NEVER did it cross my mind that a computer I purchased in 2024 would come without bluetooth. That's like checking if a cell phone has the ability to send text messages before you purchase it. If a phone did not have that capability, that would be the FIRST thing listed. Nowhere on this page does it say that this product does not have Bluetooth. I cannot believe that HP is selling a product that does not have Bluetooth. It's unfathomable. New mouses don't even come with a USB device to plug into your device, they just connect through bluetooth. Want do a Zoom meeting? You'll have to use not only wired headphones and a wired webcam, but also a wired mouse and keyboard. I don't even feel embarrassed that I got duped into buying this product. Buyers should not have to check if a computer comes with bluetooth in 2024. This a clear cut example of a corporation taking advantage of the trust customer's have in their reputation. Obviously, HP does not care about losing the customers that buy this product so to save your time, and don't bother purchasing this or any other HP product.

I cannot believe the speed and ease of set up! Not gonna lie, it’s heavy. This practically set itself up and I was up and running in, what felt like seconds! I’m using it for personal reasons, not business but I’m pretty sure this is the perfect PC for business based on its speed and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Ordered a Dell PC just before this and it went into a blue screen lock after about two days of use! returned it and bought this HP PC, and it works perfect!

This machine rocks. It came with a i7 11th generation (i9 14th gen is the current setting). It came with a 2TB hard for and 16 processors. Kudos all way round!
