Multy Home 10-pack Deck and Balcony Tile, 12 By 12-inch Per Piece (Black)

Was a little bummed that I had to pay double for these after Costco dropped them from their inventory, but - hey - what can you do? I was familiar with these laying 20 sq. ft. on the back porch of our business' patio. Really liked the look and ease of installing, so decided to get 100 sq. ft. for our upstairs deck of our new home. Went down relatively quickly, and fit the 12 x 8 area perfectly. Super easy to clean with a sprayer as well. Nice product.

After I ordered I realized that they were going for much less elsewhere. They are a good product and easy to install. So I’ll give three stars

I have installed Multy Home 10-pack Deck both in the garage and over a outside patio foundation; nice looking; holds up well , easy to clean; would recommend waiting for the yearly sale at Costco , comes out much cheaper;

I used the tiles at the bottom of the steps off my deck. They worked great and they were easy to install. Only problem I had was some of the locking tabs were broken and bent. This was caused by the way they were packed and during shipping they were broken. The tiles should have been boxed instead of shrink raped. Other that I used the broken ones where I needed to cut them.

This product is terrible.It stains easily and the stain cannot be removed as it gets imbedded n the rubber.Also dirt gets into the slats and becomes almost impossible to remove.The company does not help you as a consumer because they say that none of the above is their problem.Do not but this product

This item is a sturdy slightly flexible plastic material. The is supposed to be black, but it's more like a charcoal grey in the light. As you can see from my photos it barely covered my patio (140"X119"). So for the 10 pieces in the pack I got (24"X60") of coverage, just two rows of 5 panels. Well for the $40 paid, definitely not a good deal. At least in my case.

This is a very good product. Well manufactured and easy to install. At over $4 a tile, it seems over priced. The tiles arrive as estimated and in good condition.

We installed these tiles in a utility closet and they were very easy to install. Cutting them to fit the angle we have along one wall was not an issue. Nice quality!
