Great as a second desktop and for sheetmusic.
I've been using this for about a year. I use it as a second desktop, and as for sheet music. Battery life is excellent. I can display sheet music at full brightness for 5 hours without recharging. With the 13" screen and attached keyboard and stylus (extra purchases), this was been a great computer for sheet music. I've had no issues with the Snapdragon ARM processor, except at least one program (TotalRecorder) doesn't generate windows very well and I've had to move to my desktop to use it. Everything else works very smoothly, and the battery life very long, and very little heat transmitted through the case.

A reliable, energy efficient machine with a great monitor.
Specific ARM64 software is required. I am using this for work and study. The battery life is incredible compared to legacy Microsoft architecture machines. There are some things that regular consumers need to know before buying these devices. Major software developers such as Microsoft, Google and some VPNs work well, others do not. You may want to do some research. They are Microsoft ARM 64 machines so legacy x86 and x64 software will not work. Some adjustments need to be made. Microsoft has just made this move in the last few years so it will take a while for smaller 3rd party software companies to catch up. The OLED screen is bright and looks great.

Basically Brand New, Love It
Used-Very Good Man this thing is brand new! Someone apparently tried to load a separate image onto it, disabled the Secure Boot; probably messed that up and decided to return, and I'm glad they did! This puppy is faster and sleeker than my Surface Pro 7 ever was, and thanks to Amazon, I got it for roughly the same price.

Best all in one solution, but several apps do not work
I am an digital artist that always wanted an all-in-one solution, and I think this was the best choice I've made in my life, but there is just one problem here. I mainly use Google Drive and other apps to store files for drawing, but the Surface Pro is its own special Microsoft device and won't recognize Google Drive for desktop, so it could not download certain apps people use for everyday tasks. If apps you want to use do not support ARM versions or maybe not for Surface Pro, then I do not recommend buying the Surface Pro (other than that, everything is on the top for performance and design, features and everything🙌❤️) The pen is so smooth and accurate, first time using it but it was great for taking notes and any artist work. The design is beautiful and outstanding, totally worth the high price if downloading specific non-Microsoft apps isn't a problem for you ^^

Worth the Long Wait
When these first hot the market they were so far out of my price range I thought I would never get one. Then Amazon put them on sale, sale price just under $1,000 plus the Amazon payment plan allowed me to buy one. I have 5 IT degrees and decades of experience in the field. This is by far the best tablet made, it runs JW Library fast. The JWL is extremely responsive, it run NW Scheduler, Watchtower Library, it's the only tablet a JW will ever need. If you can afford it, I strongly suggest getting one. I do miss the SD Card port, that was a big disappointment but not a deal breaker.

Half baked
Many apps aren't designed for ARM at this point. So many of them will work, but not at the full potential. At times mouse clicks don't register. I noticed this on my Surface at work also. Weird charging cable that I'm guessing is some proprietary nonsense. The surface pen was an absolute joke. A cheaper third party pen worked better on this tablet. Good speakers. Nice display. Adding the new keyboard will cost you a lot of $$$. I want to like Surface products. I've owned the studio laptop and this tablet and returned both of them. They just seem half baked and priced at a premium for what you get.

Great computer
My new favorite computer. If you know what you are doing (like with most computers), it is a powerful tool. I use it along with the Flex keyboard to get 'real' work done that I couldn't on an iPad. I am a developer so that includes coding and managing cloud stuff. The screen is great minus the weird grain you get with high brightness level white screens. The speakers sound good and the webcam looks great. I think it is a great value for the price I got it. It's not an iPad, but for me it is something better. Overall it is a well built, portable computer.

Never trust MicroSoft to offer Customer service.
The tablet go stuck on set up. after hours of trying to set up and being unable to complete the process, I reached out to MS for support. No support other than repeating the sequence I could not follow. Never a person to tell me how to get the table unfrozen. I do not know if the tablet was defective or if i hit the wrong button that I couldn t undue. I do know (and forgot) that MS never provides real customer service, or help other than AI generated repetition of the general instructions. I could not move past the windows update and could not even turn it off because no connection between screen instructions and what I could see.

The Surface Pro OLED is an impressive all-around device that combines the power of a laptop with the flexibility of a tablet, and its vibrant OLED display makes content look amazing. However, it’s too heavy for comfortable tablet-use, the camera feels like an afterthought, and there are occasional screen artifacts in some apps. Most importantly, for all it offers, the price feels a bit too steep but it doesn’t quite deliver enough to fully justify the cost.
