Bought this for my pool area. It did not cover the area I expected but it did a good job and I bought it again to complete the job. I believe Coverage are is exaggerated but the sealant is great, dries quicker than others I have used. Hope it lasts as long as the others I have used, Dry time has generally had a direct impact on longevity in the past, hoping that changed
