My audiologist recommended I change them monthly. I didn’t do it for a few months and my hearing aids seemed to not be working well. Seems there is truth to doing maintenance on them. These worked well and less expensive than buying from the audiologist. I replace the wax traps and the cones monthly. Once, I didn’t change the domes for several months. Then one night when I took them out to charge overnight, the dome disengaged from the hearing aid and eas stuck in my ear. A pair of tweezers and a delicate procedure and it was safely extracted. Good idea to change the domes and wax traps regularly.

Quick response delivery time. My only problem with the product is that on occasion, the tiny white ear wax guard will stick inside of the tube and not come out of the dispenser. The white guard is stuck down inside and so you lose one or two each time you go to replace the item in your hearing aid. Or....it falls off of the little black stick and is lost.
