Just received mine. Does not say in the description on amerzon that you have to set it up with a credit card and you can cancel it before 3 days or it will charge you £29.99 a month. Sending it back 😒😒

Instructions do need to be a bit clearer rather than having to work it out. If you wish to have this going for longer than a day it needs an external power chord plugging in. Generally it will record for days and then sleep. You have to single press a button to wake it up. If you unplug power or charge it up you do have to re-link it to wifi. In the end despite being able to get surveillance for the time required it was no use due to the appalling sound quality. The Mic is terrible. All sound is muffled and that is if you can hear it. It picks up foor steps and the till slamming but no conversation further than a few feet away. It does however work well as an intruder alert and lets you know when someone has entered a room when they shouldn't. Also works very well with powerbank when inside a safe.

At the first sight, looks useful but unfortunately to many issues, from the connection, access of recorded videos or images and cloud as well. Nothing works correctly. SD card doesn't record and it shows always empty, trying to downl9ad recordings on a PC is impossible as the videos are showing as images. Personally don't suggest this product.

Description says 4K but recorded files are in 720p. Also the motion alerts work only when the app is open, so not useful.

Connects eventually just ignore the convoluted instruction leaflet. But picture quality is poor compared to other devices in the same price range. The overall image has a yellowish tinge . Field of vision is very narrow and there is no zoom function either. Battery life is also poor 95% -51% in 2.5hours in standby mode This product is probably dated by about 5 years .

Double fonction batterie externe et caméra cachée. Je n'ai pas encore essayé la fonction batterie mais la caméra, via l'application HDLivecam fonctionne très bien, et on a le choix entre 4k et 1080p pour la qualité de la vidéo. Vraiment TOP!!!! Je recommande.

Die Kamera funktioniert funktioniert einwandfrei. Man erkennt nicht das es eine Kamera ist, sondern denk das es eine Bowerbank wäre. Die Videos sind klar und nimmt gut auf. Ich kann das Produkt nur weiterempfehlen.
