This device is heavy and well made. It is necessary to push the timer completely around to ger it started, but that is a one-time process. The timer is sturdy and the alarm is clearly heard. The price was good. The magnet is very strong.

This timer is easy to set and is loud enough without screeching. However. It rings once for a short duration. It's nice that it doesn't keep ringing for minutes but longer than a couple of seconds would be nice.

This timer was easy to install because the strong magnet on the back which affixed to my refrigerator. It is easy to remove and carry to another room if I needed. It is stainless steel with a large black dial and well-marked numbers. It requires no batteries; to operate, you just turn the dial past 55 and then back to your required time. The bell rings loudly enough to be heard from the next room. It is everything I need from a kitchen timer.
