I am a large guy with three young boys that like to climb all over me, with this camping chair I am able to sit with one on either side of me and one on my lap without fear of them falling out. I feel confident that it is incredibly sturdy and robust, the 180kg weight limit is ridiculous! It looks smart, it’s closer to an armchair than a camping chair. It’s easy to put up and fold back down, getting it back in its carrying bag was straightforward. It is quite large/cumbersome and takes up a fair amount of boot space, I found it easy to carry with the carry handle. One thing to note is in the images of the chair, the light blue and red chairs had cup holders, the dark blue did not have one in the photos and does not have one, but at the time I purchased it was about £30 cheaper, I am happy with this. Overall very impressed with this chair and would highly recommend it

Very comfortable

The Vango Excalibur Camping Chair is an absolute game-changer! As a 24-stone, 5'10" guy, finding a camping chair that can handle my size has always been a challenge, but this chair delivers. It's incredibly sturdy and spacious, with an extra-wide seat that provides great comfort and support. I’ve taken it on multiple trips, and it’s held up perfectly without any signs of strain or wear. It's the only chair I trust to bring camping, knowing it won't break under my weight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable outdoor chair!

Massive to store but boy is it comfy!

The chairs on a whole are great ! Very comfy and massive so yoy can sit on them sideways. Great for round the camp fire. My only complaint is that when i un boxed the chaors and took it out of the bag all of the bolts had fallen out and the chair fell to pices! I did find all of the bolts in the bag and was able to re build it with no damage. But check the bolts are tight before using then or you my find your self on the floor. A bit poor for such an expencive product but im happy now i have re built them.

My husband loves it! Sturdy, spacious and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is a cup holder.

This chair does the job. Even with my generous frame of ~150kg, it’s rock solid — no concerns — and it’s comfortable to sit in all day. But no product is without fault: getting it folded back up is just a bit fiddly; there is no obvious “push or pull this” to fold it up, and the carry bag already has some small holes in it after 1.5 years of light use.

This chair is everything I need it to be. It is comfortable, it doesn't dig into your legs likeoat chairs do. I am heavier then the weight limit (187KG) but it still holds up well. Only annoying thing is no cup holder but I will be getting a friend to 3D print me one that clips on.

Die Qualität überzeugt. Habe den einer Freundin nachgekauft, die den Stuhl seit 6 Jahren benutzt.

Egal wer in diesem Stuhl bis jetzt saß war begeistert. Er ist total gemütlich und ich muss die Leute immer aus meinem Stuhl jagen 😂. War zwar teuer aber hat sich definitiv gelohnt!

Der Stuhl erfüllt vollkommen seinen Zweck. Er ist bequemer und stabiler als diese billigen Klappstühle mit den dünnen Stäbchen als Gerüst. Es gibt nicht viel was man an dem Stuhl aussetzen kann. Das eine ist die Größe in eingeklapptem Zustand. Als ich Zelten war, war der Stuhl in seiner Verpackung größer als mein 4m Tipi Zelt... Des Weiteren fehlt ein Getränkehalter. Aufgrund dieser 2 Kleinigkeiten nur 4/5 Sternen.
