Does this model pass hdmi timecode to the sdi outputs?

I don't see timecode support in the datasheet.

Can i get a latecy figure in milliseconds or frames at 1080p

I can't say that I've ever noticed any latency, though it may exist. I utilize many of these in my streaming system, both sending and receiving video/audio at 1080p.

how long is the power supply cable that comes with it? I’m trying to decide if I should purchase usb-c cable separately.

About 3 feet. We bought another cable as we had a longer run than the standard cord.

Does this support 10 bit color at 1080p60

yes, SDI Rates 270Mb, 1.5G, 3G, 6G, 12G. Multi Rate Support Auto detection of SD, HD, 2K, Ultra HD and 4K. Also: 4:2:2. A 33 point LUT can be loaded via the software utility for calibrating or improving monitor color.
