I've only ever consumed Ginseng products un the form of drinks or energy bars which I've always found to be beneficial when it comes to maintaining energy levels throughout the day. This Korean Red Ginseng from Jung Kwan Jang however is miles ahead of those type of products as each sachet offers 3,000mg of pure Korean Red Ginseng in a 10ml solution and it certainly packs a punch. The presentation of the product is absolutely beautiful although there is almost a complete absence of English aside from the label that has been stuck on the back of the box. Because of that I did some of my own research and was comforted to see that Jung Kwan Jang is a trusted brand that has been around for a significant period of time and operates internationally. With that I was assured the product was well manufactured and 100% safe to consume - always best to check... The box contains 3 boxed of 10ml pouches so each one works out to be £3.50 which is a little expensive but Ginseng isn't cheap to manufacture and this particular type of Ginseng is incredibly high quality. For me I regard it as an alternative to buying a coffee on the way to work so 'affordable' in that regard. Whilst it's always impossible to prove the effects of products such as these, I personally found that my energy levels and ability to concentrate during the day, was much improved on the days I took the Ginseng supplement. Of course that may be subjective and offer no kind of assurance that the product delivers on it's claims, but I personally love it and am more than happy to make it a part of my daily routine from here on in. The taste takes some getting used to but it isn't bad really - it reminds me of a strong tasting liquorice. All in all, I love this product and totally happy to recommend it.

There are 30 sachets in the box, and you need to take one a day, so if you take one every day, the box will last you for one month, which I think is quite expensive at the current price of £105.60. I was worried that this energy supplement might have me bouncing off the ceiling, but I needn't have worried, that didn't happen, it provided a gentle boost so that I could get on with my day without needing to take a nap. I thought that it tasted awful, but since there isn't that much in a sachet, it was doable. To me, it tasted a bit like very bitter liquorice, like some kind of cough medicine; you may need something to take away the taste. I didn't find that the taste lasted for very long, so a glass of water should do the trick. I didn't experience any after-taste. Most of what is written on the box is in Chinese, I think, so that's pretty useless. There is a bit of guidance on the back of the box in English, but there are 3 separate smaller boxes inside the bigger box that have no English written on them at all, so if you want to refer back to the instructions, you are going to have to keep the bigger box. I may remove the sachets from the 3 smaller boxes and leave them loose in the bigger box. Had there been clear instructions given in English on the smaller boxes, then this set could easily have been shared between 3 people, but as it is, it can't. It seems odd to me that they have put the sachets into 3 smaller boxes and put those inside one another, larger box. The outer box is very strong and sturdy.

Korean red ginseng is said to be the most potent due to the extended growing period of the ginseng, 6 years instead 2 years producing a maturer crop with a higher concentration of ginsenosides. JungKwanJang is a well known brand of a range of red ginseng products so it’s good to know I’m taking something which is produced by a known and trusted company. The packaging really gives the product a premium feel, the box includes 3 boxes of 10 sachets. The packaging is all in Korean so I can’t read most of it other than to tell you that it is caffeine and sugar free. It doesn’t taste very pleasant, hard to describe the flavour but it’s very bitter but at least it doesn’t linger in your mouth once swallowed. I have noticed the effects having used them for a few days in a row, they give me a bit of a boost in energy and remove that afternoon lethargy feeling after lunch. Mostly I notice it decreases the mental mid afternoon fog. This is a really good product, I can’t honestly say I’ve noticed it to be more effective than other ginseng products I’ve used but it is effective. The price is steep for a month supply and I feel you are paying more for the brand and packaging but if you can afford it maybe there are longer term and unseen benefits that I can’t determine from a few days usage. Ginseng is packed full of antioxidants and we all know how beneficial they are but there are more affordable ginseng products on Amazon for those of us who can not afford this one.

This is a more convenient way to get your ginseng extract intake, as opposed to the powder which can be a bit tricky to use. They're easier to travel with and take on the go, and it provides all the same benefits for energy and mood, but without caffeine or sugar, which is great for those who want to stay stimulant free. I like to dilute it in water, as the taste is too strong on its own, I use cold water to retain the benefits, as high heat can degrade the quality. The packaging is very high quality and keeps the ginseng fresh and safe.

Vorneweg, ich kann die Wirksamkeit nicht beurteilen. Der Artikel wurde als Geschenk verkauft und kam aufgrund der hohen Bekanntheit über K-Drama Product Placements gut an. Meine Mutter sagt sie fühle sich gesünder, ob dies nun ein Placebo-Effekt ist oder nicht, mag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Den Zweck eines guten Geschenkes hat es jedoch erfüllt.

Ich habe mir diese Ginseng Sticks gekauft weil ich schon viel über ihre angebliche Wirkung gehört habe. Sie sind wirklich sehr bitter und gewöhnungsbedürftig im Geschmack. Ich habe sie eine Woche lang eingenommen und konnte keine Veränderung in meiner Energie feststellen. Das Einzige was ich festgestellt habe und nachher auch darüber gelesen habe: sie wirken Duchrblutungsfördernd! Nicht sehr hilfreich wenn man als Frau eine starke Mens hat, habe gelitten wie noch nie. Also Obacht bei der Einnahme! Sie sind unfassbar teuer und leider für mich nicht brauchbar.
