My system does not work and does not vacuum.

Read intallation guide above before use the gauge kit. 90% cases are leaks or closed valves. Re-tighten all connections, fully open blue & red valves, and ensure yellow hose goes to pump. Spray soap water to find bubbles-–that’s the leak.

Vacuum pump turns on but then it turns off.

Please check the pump with 2 steps:1. Open the capacitor box to check the capacitor cable. If it is off, connect it and try to work. 2. If there is no problem with the capacitor box, disassemble the fan hood and turn the fan to see if it is stuck.

My pump is hot and stop work after few minutes?

Check as follows: cut off the power, open the pump cover and move impeller. If it can be easily moved, it indicates that there are no foreign objects/dirt. If it can not move smooth or stuck, clean the foreign objects/dirt, then try to work again.

I only received the vacuum pump, missing all gauges and adapters. What happened and what should I do?

This set was packaged in a large carton, there are two inner boxes, includes pump and hvac gauge. The outer package is labeled "This is a set, Do not separate". If you received incomplete package, please tell us, we will send you missed part.

My pump appears to be leaking oil. What should I do?

First, check if the oil drain/fill screw is tight. If so, stains might be condensed oil mist from long-term use, not a leak.
