I take one on an empty stomach at bedtime as suggested by a doctor because he says it helps get rid of belly fat. He would know he is a surgeon whom has sucked fat out of lots of stomach performing lump-suction. He says this is the money saver and does the same thing as lypo-suction with no pain whatsoever.
