I often stay in the shower a long time because it seems to be the only way I can get warm sometimes in winter. As a result, my skin, especially on my back, is dry and parched. I have bought other items with this same concept but this is by far the best product I have ever bought for putting lotion on my own back. I was unsure of its longevity because of all the applicator pads offered but I now feel this will last a long time. I have used it daily for a week now and the pad I am using still acts like its brand new. I don't know what the life expectancy is on the pads, but so good so far. The pads are soft but they do not absorb the lotion as I assumed they would. The lotion is applied very efficiently and I do not feel I have wasted one single bit. I like the length of the handle because I can reach the center of my back so easily. I don't want to be in poor taste or make anybody blush, but I like being able to just put lotion on my own back and get on with my evening rather than always having to ask my boyfriend to do it. Not to be a prude as I like to be romantic, but every time I ask for just a simple application of lotion on my back, he thinks I am signaling for intimacy. When I can put my own lotion on my back, I don't have to deal with the pouting or bruised ego if I shun any unwanted advances and just want some damn lotion on my back! I hope some of you readers understand and agree ... if you're giggling at this point, you're welcome! Anyway, I think it is a great value for the money and I will be buying some of these as gifts for friends and family members. It will be especially appreciated by women like me who work, have another set of responsibilities at home afterwards and when they finally get to relax with a shower they can have a nice application of lotion on their body with no other expectations from anybody!

I was in the habit of showering 2-3 times a week. Then I started walking 3-5 miles every day which necessitated a daily shower. After a few weeks, my back developed intense itching. Unable to control my scratching, I soon had a back full of red sore bumps. Doctor told me it was cause by dry skin and advised a good moisturizing cream. I purchased this applicator to help me reach the whole back. This thing far exceeded my expectations. I give it about 5 squirts from a pump bottle then gently smack the clean side down on my open palm which causes the lotion the lotion on the other side to spread out into a this uniform layer. I then tap the lotion side of the applicator at various locations around my back and then finally rub it all over my back. You can feel when the lotion is rubbed in because it goes from being super slick to almost a dry as the foam moves across your back. Another nice thing is that my hands stay clean while doing this. I've only been using this for a few days and my back feels so much better. Since the lotion doesn't absorb into the foam, it's also easy to clean and looks like new when I'm done. Highly recommend.

It's good quality and I like the wooden handle. Perfect of getting lotion on that hard to reach part of my back.

Works OK ~ have to get use to it. You’re able to get lotion on areas of your back that you wouldn’t be able to. Lotion stayed on pad, and it wasn’t messy.

Really does help put lotion on your back. You can also use it to put lotion on any part of the body that you find hard to reach. Easy to use. Two angles for comfort. Comes with a total of four cushions, so multiple people can use them. The downside, is they are all the same color. So if you’re sharing, it could be confusing.

Back applicator works great. Wooden handle with grip is gently angled to reach all areas of back without straining arms or shoulders. 3 extra pads that are washable, sturdy and dont absorb lotions or gels.

Finally, lotion all over my back. The end of 2025 let me know that I no longer will be able to reach my whole back no matter how hard I tried. Thank you for this simple, needed product for applying lotion that I didn't know I needed.

This lotion applicator has been working well so far. One thing that I wish was a little better is the pads themselves. If they were more like a sponge that would be nice. These pads that I'm currently using are pretty stiff. All and all though it gets the job done.
