I noticed a slight change in my scar but its an older scar so it might take longer. I cut the strip to fit and change once a week. This one is ready to be changed because its starting to lift. I also put ointment on before applying. The strip sticks very good. I take showers and baths without a problem but once you take it off its no re applying. I notice my scar does itch more but maybe because the patch is working. I just wish they had more options for colors.
