I have a giant metal freestanding one with a woven loops as the hammock...it twists and tangles, is heavy, a d the pokes are huge and take up a lot of space. Not this one, this has it looped over the top (smart) so the footprint is way smaller, and the fabric is soft and not loopy, so you want to go into it like a cocoon...it is awesome. The fabric still breathes tho somehow, the pillo and pocket are awesome. Such easy set up and take down. Easy to just lift the bars, or unscrew, very versatile item. Had a party and everyone asked me where I got this one, not the other one! Love this.
