Love!!!
This works perfect for period cramps! The vibration setting is great for really bad cramps & the 3 heat Settings is awesome. Adjustable strap is very stretchy & comfortable. I love that it doesn't need to be plugged in! Can wear it in the car or shopping!

Perfect for students and healthcare workers!!!!
Iโm a hospital CNA. I work 12hr shifts, and my period cramps get so bad that Iโll throw up, and get lightheaded easily. This is perfect for working long shifts on my feet; I can clip it on under my scrubs and go about my shift. Iโm also a university student, and I wore it under my clothes to class today. Wish I had this in grade school when my cramps were much worse! Other reviews talk about how it โdiesโ quickly, however I believe that itโs either on a timer, or has anti-overheating measures, because mine goes for about thirty minutes before it turns off, but I can turn it on again and continue use immediately after. I charged mine from 4am-9am (which was NOT necessary; I just charge all of my electronics overnight), woke up and used the heating pad from 9am-2pm, only charged it for about 30 minutes at 12:00 while I showered (it wasnโt even dead by 12, I only charged it because I took it off to shower). It unfortunately died right before my exam at 2:30, but the battery life is much longer than other reviews say. I use it on the lowest setting; since I wear it underneath my clothes, the low setting is enough for me. Itโll obviously last less on higher settings, and it lasts probably half as long when you use both the heating and vibration features simultaneously. The vibration felt nice, but isnโt really that necessary, especially in combination with midol. If youโre anti-medicine or have something like endometriosis, Iโd use both, but I stay medicated and donโt have any severe ovarian issues. Iโm not sure exactly how long it takes to recharge once fully dead, because I just got this last night, but I plugged it in at about 4pm today (fully dead), and it was still charging when I finished getting ready for work at 6pm. Assuming from other reviews, it probably takes about 3hrs to charge, and I got about 6hrs of use at a full charge and low heat. Also, the vibration isnโt obvious. You wonโt be buzzing loudly while wearing it, at least on the low and medium settings. I havenโt used it on high. Totally recommend for anyone with debilitating cramps, especially if you canโt sleep well at night. I havenโt worn it to bed yet, but I do know that having to lay on a heating pad at the perfect spot is difficult, so having a heating pad bound to your waist sounds like bliss. So far Iโve only worn this underneath sweatpants, foldover leggings, and scrubs, but Iโm sure that youโll have to wear it on top of jeans and stuff like that. Even still, it only looks like a fanny pack, anyway. I also have a smaller waist than most (I wear size 26 jeans), and it still fits me pretty snug. Not sure if itโs plus size friendly, but itโs definitely petite friendly. Thereโs even room to tighten it more, but mine fit me perfectly out of the box, so I havenโt adjusted it yet. Thereโs also lots of room to loosen it, if anyoneโs worried about it being plus size friendly. Itโs also super stretchy. All around a great product, but expect it to take a while to charge, and expect it to die fast if you want to use both the heating and the vibration. I only bought this for the heat, so I love it. Lowest setting is pretty warm on bare skin, gets manageable when over materials like leggings, or a tucked-in shirt. Iโd only use the high setting if I wore it over very thick denim, or something. I even used the medium setting on bare skin, and I was fine. Heats up very quickly. 9/10 product, would give it a 10 if it had fast charging. Iโd honestly buy a second one, just so I could swap them out and use one while the other is charging. Donโt expect such a small item to have a 12-hour battery, or something. Saw a review saying that it has โhot spots.โ I believe mine is hotter on the left side, but it makes sense, because most of your organs are on the left side (including your uterus), so you want it to be warmer there. It doesnโt show under my sweats or scrubs, and just a tiny bit noticeable underneath my leggings with a crop top on, but if you wear full-sized shirts, you can wear it under tighter clothes without worrying about people seeing a huge bulge in your pants. Probably even less noticeable if you have more mass to you.

exceptional product. vibration option saves lives!
this product is an absolute life saver. it not only heats up super hot. but it fits and curves perfectly with the shape of the body. it also vibrates which I thought was weird at first but after it saving my buns after a really rough week I almost think the vibration is more helpful than the heat. battery life is also pretty good considering all that this little fanny pack is doing for you. highly recommend to get one. it's comfortable and super easy to use as well.

Good to have, functional
The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit. It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas. I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed. It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done. I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed) The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle. Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

Cute!!
I just bought this and I love it already! It's pink, it's got a stretchy strap, and it uses the same type of charger as my phone (USB-C). It's gets surprisingly warm for only having three levels of heat! Next time I have cramps at work, this is going to save my skin!

Perfect!
I was afraid of a couple of things, one that I asked, I think "Rufus" that Amazon AI robot or whatever a question. I wasn't sure if I would be able to feel the vibration across the entire area or just on the sides as one of the review videos showed the 3 prongs vibrating. Well I took a chance and I'm here to say, they all vibrate. The prongs and the plate making it vibrate/massage across the entire area instead of the small area. There's only two heat settings which I was also iffy about (not my other concern) but the 2nd setting does get hot. I absolutely wouldn't wear it without clothing or some type of protection in between you and your skin. I don't know why people felt the massage was more of a "roll" like massage, similar to a massage chair. If you want that kind of massage, you're probably gonna have to pay WAY more than $40. It comes with instructions. Didn't need instructions to know how to operate it. It took me 3 seconds to catch on and probably an additional 5 seconds of putzing around with it to fully grasp it. It's probably in the instructions but I'll say it now since I didn't read it. You absolutely NEED to rotate it. It should not sit in one place for a long period of time. I could tell that after 5mins or less. It gets hot for 2 settings especially on the 2nd one. The vibration isn't loud but it's not super strong. I think it's just the right amount intensity for a small portable gadget. I do like the vibration and heat combo. The other thing I was really worried about was the length of the strap. I'm a bigger girl, I don't have a measuring tape so I just hoped it'll fit. I wear a size 18/20 in pants if that gives you somewhat of an idea. I have a belly but my waist is somewhat "small-ish", I don't wanna say like an hour glass but that's how I'm gonna describe it. I'm not totally round all the way around. Had I been, I don't think it would've fit, even at its longest, being stretchy and all. It does help that the band is also stretchy. It fit perfectly snug under my jellyroll, ha. (In picture) I didn't have any high expectation other than I wanted a portable heating pad/massager for mild-moderate back pain and cramps. Mission accomplished. Now let's see how long it lasts. It came charged, I wouldn't say 100% but I'm gonna use whatever juice it has, charge it completely and then see how long the battery lasts. Cons, being a bigger person the strap does start to dig into the skin so that requires adjustments otherwise it's not a big enough deal to knock off a star. So far so good! I am pleased.
