This is a great emergency sewing kit. I took this on a long camping trip to repair damaged clothes. It has a good selection of thread, needles and pins. As well as a tape measure and other items required for sewing.My only complaint is the lid is a bit lose and I had to tape it down to stay together.

This was perfect for me as I had made a fancy sewing kit box for a friend and needed to put sewing equipment in it to make a really nice present.  All the bits were useful.  Just the thimble seemed a bit thin and cheep - but pleased to have it as it seemes to be impossible to buy the old fashioned plastic thimbles these days.

I bought this handy little diy set for emergency repairs and alterations to my clothes etc while travelling and holidaying in Scotland.... and I haven't looked back since ... an absolute boon for the traveler, office and at home. Absolutely essiential piece of kit. recommended. It does what it says on the 'tin' ... (no pun intended) .. ;-)
