UPDATED - I ordered second set of SPARIN screen protector and was successful in installing. Original review below, followed by updates (what I did differently). The reason the kit contains two protectors is to provide you a second chance in case the first one goes awry. In my case, both installation attempts went awry. I viewed the instructional video three times and had it memorized. For the time being, I am abandoning the idea of a screen protector for my iPad Air. To help future purchasers, here are the problems I encountered. The "guide stickers" don't adhere to the surface of the protector very tightly. After I had peeled off the protective film from the glass, and was turning the protector over to stick to the front of the iPad, one of the guide stickers came loose from the glass. If this happens, you are forced to align the protector over the screen by eye. Actually, that is not too difficult, so I completed the application of the protector. There were a few bubbles, which I was able to eliminate, all except for one bubble. The remaining bubble was caused by a speck of dust or something. At this point, I peeled off the first protector and proceeded to attempt installation of the backup protector in the kit. While installing the second protector, I took extra care not to put any strain on the guide stickers as adhered to the screen protector. Unfortunately, after installation of the backup glass protector, several bubbles remained which were caused by tiny fibers. Whether from the air or the microfiber cleaning cloth, the effect was the same: installation failure. The lesson here is to use the provided "dust-absorber" sticker very aggressively as shown in the video. It is not sufficient to inspect the iPad's screen surface by eye alone. These SPARIN screen protector kits are relatively inexpensive, so at some point I'll probably buy some more kits and try again. UPDATE - I ordered a second set and this time took stringent dust mitigation measures, including: - Carefully vacuumed the room's hardwood floor for dust accumulation - Cleaned desktop thoroughly and moved non-essential items away - Placed a portable work light to shine horizontally across surface of iPad's screen - I tested that this highlighted any and all dust particles - Ran HEPA air purifier in the closed room for an hour before attempting installation (also blocked the heating vent) - After setup (with the three "hinges"), used dust-absorber over and over until it looked like the dust was taking a pause - Quickly ripped off the protector's cover sheet and smartly swung the protector over on top of the iPad screen - Following the horizontal swipe in the middle of the screen, then protector adhered perfectly, just like in the video No bubbles, no hassle. The trick is familiarity with the procedure and absolute dust control.

For the iPad Air M3, the SPARIN 2-pack is totally worth it. You get solid protection for a very low price, and having a backup protector is a big plus. The alignment frame made installation really easy. The glass feels sturdy and durable while allowing for sensitivity to touch, giving good protection against scratches and everyday wear while still staying clear and responsive. You can barely tell it’s on the iPad.
