High quality product, I take it with their B-Complex and Magnesium Glycinate as well. I absolutely notice a difference in mood and energy taking this product as to when I don't for a month or two. I also actually have dreams when taking B-1 specifically. Something I seemed to have lost in adulthood from stress, bad sleep, and who knows what else. When I take B-1 after not taking it for awhile, specifically TTFD, it makes my head feel like I just had a strong cup of coffee. Love it!
