Very nice piece
I was so excited to get this version of Darth Sidious for my collection. The Black Series brand did not dissappoint. The detail in his eyes and face were amazing. I have not taken it out of the box, but it appears to come with red saber and blue lightening that can be affixed to his hands to give that classic look of using the Datk Side. If your a collector, you will want this one. It's a very nice piece with a cloth robe. Enjoy!

He Speaks to Me at Night
I bought this Black Series Darth Sidious figure thinking, “Cool. A little Palpatine for the shelf.” But this is no ordinary figure. No… this is a vessel of darkness. The sculpt is terrifyingly accurate — wrinkled evil with a slight smirk, like he just got done gaslighting the entire galaxy. The robes are soft goods. The articulation is great. But none of that prepared me for what happened after midnight. At first, I thought it was a dream. A raspy whisper in the dark: “You must let go of your attachments…” I ignored it. Big mistake. Every night since, he’s appeared at the foot of my bed — unmoving, but closer than where I left him. My sleep tracker shows spikes in heart rate between 2 and 3am. One night I woke up holding a red lightsaber made out of chopsticks. He’s trying to turn me. And honestly? It’s working. I feel more powerful. I yelled at my boss. I told my dentist to “do it.” My posture has worsened and my skin tone is… paler. Coincidence?

Darth Sidious, Revenge of the Sith
Darth Sidious feels an appropriate choice to lead off the Revenge of the Sith Galaxy Collection and is executed (pardon the pun) in a way that blends the benefits of soft goods and sculpted clothing successfully allowing Sidious to maintain a good level of movement while retaining the shape and cut of his robes. The lightsaber and Force Lightning hands give additional context and display options, both working well with the figure providing you are careful with the hand swap.
