Great Shaker
I recently brought this, as my shaker egg just wasn't getting the job done on some tracks I was recording. Great shaker right here. Good quality, feels solid...like I could drop it and nothing bad would happen. Good, rich shaker sound that cuts through the mix just like it should! I would definitely buy instruments from Latin Percussion again! Try it out if you're in need of a great shaker at an affordable price.

Really fun at the "full moon" beach Bon Fire. The all percussion group of folks, waves pounding the beach, it just doesn't get better.

Always a winner. LP has never disappointed. Their gear is sturdy, dependable and sounds great. This is a classic. You can't go wrong. The reason why you seldom see the price of these items marked down is because they're worth what you pay and have become a kind of industry gold standard. Buy fearlessly.

It just came with a flaw
Just arrived today. As soon as I opened the box, I saw the defect. Is it enough for me to return it? Not really, I guess it could’ve happen to me at some point. But receiving it with a flaw is surely not fun. Further more, for some reason I thought that all LP’s products are made in USA, this one was made it Taiwan. Last thing - it has a very “metallic” sound, and when it hits the black plastic enclosures… well, it sounds plastic.

Lp shaker, as a percussionist from Nigeria, I am loving it; lovely tone that cuts through in my live performances. Though cheaper that it's richness, I can pay more for the value I receive. In naija language I say "Amazon una the best!"
