Psoas relief just as advertised at a great price. I looked up some instructional videos online from a certain overpriced competitor that were very helpful as well.

This item is a psoas muscle release massaging tool. Working those psoas muscles on either side of the spine really helps develop your core, and one day I will be able to do that exercise. The tool is quite a simple device that uses your own body weight to be the pressure used to massage your muscles. I use it for my shoulders where I place it at the back of my high back chair and just use one side to do some deep tissue massaging of each shoulder. The other area I use it on is the lower hip section where I'm on my backside to hit on the iliacus. As I said, I need to work on being able to do the front lowering for the psoas, but I'll get there. The tool is hard plastic with a grip on the underside so it doesn't slide when being used. The price point is probably on the high side given it's a simple tool, but if you are using it, it has good value. I'm very pleased with this massage tool.

Very hard plastic with a slight grip on the bottom. This psoas hook primarily is for laying on to get your psoas muscles which are deep under your abdominals to release. Not comfortable or fun but really gets into there.

This is made for a pretty small person. If you are going to get one of these, I recommend getting one with an adjustable width.

This was not the right distance to actually pinpoint the sore areas and no way to adjust. Had to return.

Useful tool to have but the material is a bit cheap feeling and I worry it might break. I imagine there might be better versions of this same tool out there, but this one gets the job done.

Works fine, light so can be brought when travelling. You get what you pay for, came with a broken corner ( little piece not the whole thing)

Cannot fault this for the price. It's easily solid and stable enough for me (although I only weigh 65kg). It really hits the Psoas muscles and can be used for other areas too (e.g. glutes). There are loads of YouTube videos available showing how to use it so the basic instructions are not an issue.

J’ai essayé et vraiment je ne suis pas convaincue. Cet outil de massage pour libération du spoas peut s’avérer dangereux et douloureux si il n’est pas correctement utilisé, le mode d’emploi est très succinct. Je veux éviter une blessure, je le retourne

Grandisimo Artículo para Descompresión de Psoas que también vale para destensar los lumbares, la zona media y alta de la espalda y hasta los glúteos y el cuello (en fin vale para casi todo el cuerpo), lo Recomiendo mucho por la calidad precio y sobretodo para aquellas personas que normalmente suelen tener tensas estás zonas (Ahora eso sí: hay que tener paciencia para trabajar con ello)
