Very Impressed!
I bought this board and a 4GB memory module as a replacement for an old laptop that died on me. It's not the fastest computer by far, however, I was very impressed with the ease of installation, the features and the performance for such a small form factor. As I believe it's been mentioned, but I will reiterate that it is UEFI and does not have a legacy mode. So you'll have to install an OS that supports UEFI. The performance is definitely not for high end gaming, but is powerful enough for low-mid range games. I had an NVidia 210 low end card I usually use because Intel graphics chips are far from ideal, however I did not need it on this board as the performance of the on-board graphics chip was equal to my NVidia 210 card. Which is great because I can use the slot for some other upgrade. I would definitely recommend either this board or the ASRock J4105b-itx for a very economic board that can hold it's own.

EFI bios only, wierd I/O ports, but great value.
I use open source software, and some does not support a boot by EFI BIOS. This board has no legacy BIOS setting so if you software is not signed by Microsoft, you could have a compatibility problem. Open source with an EFI "shim" works OK. You can also install a bare metal virtual machine O.S. or container O.S. and run your software in a V.M. or container if you need to. I bought it because it is quiet (no fan) energy efficient, and cheap. There are three versions of this board with different I/O features. This one has fast ram, and PCI-E, but only two hard drive SATA connectors. It also has some legacy ports nobody uses anymore, like parallel printer. Nothing special, but works great in my homemade Open Media Vault NAS.

Cheap. Works. Beware memory issues
As long as you're aware of the limitations (memory, uefi only, 2X pcie throughput), this the cheapest way I've found to get a low cost, low power PCI Express slot booted. Not very powerful, but has everything I need. I'm running open media vault with at 40TB Raid 5, I know others have run pfsense. Booted to W10 to upgrade bios. Just have one issue/complaint I haven't seen memory incompatibility issues in over a decade. I tried 2 different sticks, PNY and Kingston with no luck. Pulled an 8GB stick of SK Hynix out of the gf's work laptop and it booted right up. Found 2 4GB SK Hynix sticks for cheap on fbook marketplace, popped those it and it also booted. Annoying problem to have, but there's at least a solution. Overall, I would suggest it, but only for certain scenarios. Edit: Upgraded to the 5000 series of this board for my NAS (now running xpenology). I would definitely recommend that one over this. Currently using this board for mining with a single GPU. Low power, fanless, works great.

Good for Home Theaters, IoT, and Retro Emulation. Gaming is possible but not recommended.
I have been using it as a Plex-based HTPC, and it works wonderfully with 8gb of ram, however I have not stress-tested it with any intense IoT or Networking tasks. Emulation works well, with the built-in CPU doing well with emulating consoles stress-free until being met with GameCube and PS2 titles, which is better than expected for a motherboard with an older dual-core Celeron CPU with such a low clock speed. Testing it with games like Fortnite, GTA 4 and Fallout 3 yielded more mixed results, with lower frame-rates, however they were still more than playable, and if you put a graphics card in with this motherboard, you could get decent performance with popular modern titles such as GTA 5, Apex Legends, or Warzone if you are willing to lower your specs. However keep in mind... ***GAMING IS NOT WHAT THIS MOTHERBOARD IS FOR***

Good value low cost ITX motherboard
I wanted to buy multiple quantities of this Motherboard as I had been using the AS-Rock 3445B but it suddenly went unavailable. I use these to replace ancient compact monitor mounting PCs that don't do a lot of heavy duty work but need to make a good graphic display and provide serial and Ethernet connections to external equipment. To date these have been very reliable and we are pleased with them. Amazon asked to rate it for gaming - given it has a fixed speed dual core Celeron processor I think unless you always want to lose or get frustrated with the graphics performance you would be nuts to use this for gaming, but it does work well as a simple reliable PC and we have had zero field failures to date and have around 30 of these in service.

DOA - Memory Compatibility Issues?
I installed this in a case w/600W power supply. Installed two sticks of Crucial CT4G4SFS824A (exactly as recommended by Amazon) and... nothing except a blinking power light. No video signal, nothing. Found a thread on ASRock's forums about people having issues with memory compatibility. Pulled the RAM, got three beeps, no video. I've submitted a ticket to ASRock. I'm feeling generous -- they have three days to sort this or it goes back.

Small Board, Big Performance/Reliability
Great motherboard!! Runs very nicely.. not great for gaming, unless you install a discreet Graphics card!

Works well
So far so good.. Now issues. Haven't had a long term use with it and that's really what matters but it started up with no issues and serving its purpose with an economical cost. Satisified

Came with parallel port I use for machine real time control. Older operating systems that do not support UEFI cannot be used without a lot of monkeying around

Good low powered board. Plays 4K YouTube videos just fine. Plenty of I/O connections and is silent due to passive cooling.

If you want the absolute cheapest ITX build, then this motherboard is it. The CPU will be slow in Windows but is capable on Linux, especially as a headless server.

Restituita.
