Don’t expect the red paint toLast long. Mine turned silver within a few hours. These are amazing hooks. I just but the darker ones instead of the colored hooks.

good hooks for the surf i rinsed mines everyday i used theme only thing i noticed bad is red color comes off after two trips but still sharp for thay i minused one star. i used for red, trout and some sheepshead.

Have always relied on Owner hooks

I love these hooks.....I no longer have to "set" the hook. The red color makes them invisible underwater. I striper fish and have not bent a hook yet. Very sharp.

Great hook but the red wears off after a few fish - i do get more hits when using them vs. standard black hooks though.
