We bought one for both bathrooms (we have the showerhead that goes with it) and it was great until one day I went to use it and it was spraying water everywhere from the top had cracked. I thought that was a fluke until the second one we purchased did the SAME thing in the same spot on the "neck" where it screws into the showerhead. Obviously it's out the return window for both items. As you can see in the pictures, it looks like a small thread where my finger is pointing but that's actually the crack.
