The last lock you will ever need!
I have purchased A LOT of smart locks in the last decade upgrading my smart home. I have never really found one that I liked. Whether it be for battery, life, connectivity, or functionality. Well, this lock does have a drawbacks, it has been the best lock I have ever owned. The battery life is crazy good. My previous lock I had to replace the batteries every few months. Most of my other locks only lasted about a half a year. With this lock, I put in used batteries 75% full and it’s been 6 months already and it’s at 45% life still according to the app. The only thing I don’t like about the lock is that it requires a secondary hub in order to have smart home connectivity and the locking and unlocking is very confusing. It’s not like every other smart home company where it’s very straightforward. It also really doesn’t tell you if the lock in an unlocked or locked status in the app. You have to query the lock for it to send a signal of it’s state. The engineers could do a better job with these issues. For that, they are getting one star deducted. The fingerprint works amazing. Very rarely does it fail. However, the annoying thing is the fingerprint will only unlock. It will not lock. This is something the engineer should also fix as when it comes to elderly people, it is very confusing for them. The other drawback is if you accidentally try to lock the door with your finger, you have to wait about 30 seconds before you can lock the door using the pound key as the lock gets confused. These are minor drawbacks. Engineering should look into these issues because they can all be corrected.

Beautiful
Best door lock you can have. My contractor installed it and he said its pretty easy . Pretty easy to set your codes and very convenient to have. A lot of features and very elegant looking. Really good quality, I highly recommend it.

Excellent Customer Service
Great Customer Service! I have had my lock for about 9 months when it malfunctioned and quit working. I called the support line and Isabella did a fantastic job! This was by far the easiest return and best support I received in recent memory. Isabella stepped me through through the whole process and I received a replacement lock within a few days. What a difference she made. I would definitely buy again as they support you well after the sale!

Useless, does not function
Installation was easy. Setup was easy. Lock is very inconsistent and not smart at all, will only lock with pin will not unlock with pin. Same with fingerprint. From the inside the button will only unlock door but will not lock. Only great way to use this lock is to use the key which defeats the purpose of purchasing a lock like this. Very disappointed, bought 2 and cannot return because I threw away the one box thinking I was the problem not the lock. Customer service is no help and now that I know the lock is the problem( after installing the second and having the same issue) I cannot even return so I had to go buy more locks.
