My buddy was complaining about how his old car did not have any of the fancy tech newer ones do. He wanted carplay but was not about to spend a ton putting in a whole new stereo. I found this portable screen thing that said it worked in any car and told him to give it a try. He was a little skeptical at first, but honestly, it turned out better than either of us expected. Setup was pretty smooth. It came with a mount and cables, and we had it running in less than an hour. The wireless CarPlay connects fast most of the time, though sometimes it takes a second to catch up. The screen is clear and bright, even when the sun is hitting it. The backup camera works too, just not perfect at night, a bit grainy but still helpful. He uses it for maps, music, and calls, and it makes driving way easier without touching his phone. The sound works through the car speakers after some quick settings changes. Sometimes it lags a bit switching between apps, but not enough to be annoying. It feels like a nice upgrade without having to rip the dash apart. He said it makes his car feel ten years newer. Only little downsides are the mount could be stronger—it has fallen off once when the car got too hot—and the wires can look messy if you do not hide them right. But for what it costs, it is a solid deal. My buddy says it is one of the best things he has added to his car in a while. Now he thinks he is driving some kind of techy smart car or something.

This product has been a huge game changer! I was gifted a low mileage 2014 car which was great but lacked the CarPlay technology we have all come to rely on. With this amazing device I can use my maps, take calls, listen to my apps and can send and receive texts hands free. I cannot get over how awesome this is! On top of that it was super easy to install and a great price point. I researched which item to buy and picked the right one, I have been using it for over a year and have recommended it to numerous friends! Highly recommend this to bring your old car into the present!

Let me start by saying I love the idea of this car play system. The value for the money seemed to be great at first. The screen size is perfect and it was extremely easy to setup in my 2015 GMC Terrain. The touchscreen and apps function and move flawlessly. Those are not my concerns. My issue and the biggest reason I bought this was for the ability to use Android Auto (Navigation) while still being able to utilize the Bluetooth for taking calls and music. This is where the letdown begins and makes this a no go. The Bluetooth function connects pretty easily however getting it to stay connected is where the issue is. It disconnects quite often rendering the device useless because the map disconnect and if you are on a call or playing music that does as well. I am hoping I just received a unit with a bad Bluetooth radio however I'm unsure that's the case. If this problem can be rectified then I would easily give this device a 5 star rating.

It works great and flawless, the set up was very easy, and installation is straight forward. I love this product cause it came with all the connections and accessories the suction cup, made it easy to position the CarPlay anywhere. I also love that the courts were extra long so that way I could run it to a different power outlet. Also, it was easy to hook up the reverse camera because of the long wiring The functionality was easy to work and mirror my phone perfectly. I love that I get removed and place this CarPlay anywhere because of the suction cut and different accessories for attachment. It is not big in bulky and all of my apps worked perfectly. There is not a lag between phone and the CarPlay, also the screen is bright enough even to be seen in the Texas sun. The screen was clear and easy to navigate in the daytime. I definitely recommend this CarPlay.

The features of this device are mostly as described and the device works very well for the basic Carplay features. I got a Bluetooth audio output from WAZE using the "Play as Bluetooth phone call" selection in the WAZE app on my iPhone. I could not get the screen mirroring feature to work from my iPhone. This Carplay device is well-made and it provides all the essential features I wanted at a very affordable price.

Good product until it died. Quit working in just over a year. Will not power on now. Mount is flimsy but ok. For the price I guess I shouldn’t expect it to last forever. Might buy again might not

This portable CarPlay screen is a fantastic upgrade! Super easy to install, connects wirelessly, and the touchscreen is bright and responsive. GPS, voice control, and Bluetooth all work flawlessly. Perfect for older cars—highly recommend!

traveled from Chicago to FL and it was my map, radio, and podcast listening device the entire time. Easy to set up, I didn't use the camera.
