I took a chance on these since PG Tips reformulated and is now weak and tastes awful. I rarely make hot tea anymore, but tried brewing it in my mug with hot water as the first test. I put the teabag in the mug and poured water over it, leaving the bag in the mug as I finished the first cup, then added more hot water. It had a tannic bite to it at first and was strong enough to make at least two cups without getting that sour over-brewed taste. I'm pretty happy with this, and recommend it.

A nice good-morning tea from Lipton, but just finings/ground very fine, so three minutes of0 steeping time results in a very strong cup. The price has skyrocketed since my first order, however. The taste and aroma are a good choice, and this is not available in our local grocery chains.

I'm a big tea drinker, never developed a taste for coffee. I like a strong black tea and this product delivered. In fact it took less time steeping then most others, and I didn't have to dip it in and out of the water to hurry it! I'm sure all you tea drinkers know what I'm talking about. Absolutely recommend, and you can order the smaller box of bags to see if you like it as much as I do. That's what I do if I'm trying something new. Much cheaper that way. This tea is so divine, that I no longer miss coffee. A lovely bold tea that gives off almost a fruity note or something that keeps you coming back for more sips. I have purchased this multiple times because I love it so much. Delicous!

Love the taste of this stuff for iced tea! I’ve always been a coffee guy, but sometimes want something that has a different type of taste and aroma to it. I put 4-5 of these bags into a large container of water and let it brew overnight. The tea seems like it’s good quality. And if I want to add a little sweetness to it I’ll just throw in a little lemonade or juice. Really refreshing.

The taste, the aroma, the strength are all perfect. This is going to become a daily staple. I have just one small complaint. You have to be overly cautious when you are pulling the string from the tea bag. If you don't, the tea bag tears, and the tea leaves contained within fall out into the hot water.
