I love love love this cereal !!! I hide it from everyone but it’s my favorite protein cereal! It dose not get mushy and it taste so good. It’s not stale at all it’s very crunchy and it’s so worth the price . Great carbs for after a run or before !

I used to alternate between Magic Spoon and Catalina Crunch but now it’s all Ghost Peanut Butter! It has the light crunchy texture of Magic Spoon without as much tooth sticky goo and the peanut butter flavor is surprisingly good…not too sweet and definitely peanut buttery. Also the best macros by far…if I had to complain about anything it would be the price but I’ll definitely continue to purchase.

These taste great and are filling. A lot of protein for per serving. A little expensive, but I think worth it overall.

Tastes funny and smells nasty.... Once you get used to the taste it isn't bad. Mixed chocolate protein up instead of milk tasted better but mad a fizzing noise 😂 I don't think I would buy it again. Too expensive for what it is. I will try a different protein cereal next time
