When you switch on the first time you can see it's a strong, flicker free light. Colorimetry seems good. I would say it looks brighter than 75w. More like 100w or more. A bit expensive but I couldn't find anything else that would do so I guess that's the price.

I am a bit concerned if CRI is 95 as reds are not so vibrant. The light started to flicker after running some time. That makes it useless, as is a sore for my eyes.Price a bit too high for a product which has some problems, claiming quality. Bulb is very heavy when fitted on my Anglepoise shade drops down, probably will be the same on any desk lamp with long arms. Waste of money, and no one even dare to contact me or offer refund. Thanks for such "quality" product. I would like my money back.

The quality of this light is excellent and colours look very natural. Even though it's a white light it doesn't seem too harsh. It's soothing on my eyes and has helped with my headaches. This is a daylight LED which is why it's more expensive. I wish they did a 100W equivilant bulb as well.

Spending 5 minutes looking at this lamp - through a lampshade of course, activates the brain in a dimly lit room. Does wonders for mood elevation. However, their quality control might be a problem. I have ordered three of these over the past couple of years. Two of them are perfect, one flickers like crazy! It's actually a shame, because when they work they are a great product. I suggest they manufacture them in a better factory with proper quality control procedures. Some factories in China are very good in maintaining QC, others will promise you the earth and give you the proverbial!

I was looking for the light for photo editing. I found some tubes in USA but the produces don't send in to UK. Besides there is a problem with tubes because you need to find the lamp that must feet and you need to set it up behind the monitor that may be difficult. This bulb is great because of the 5000K and CRI 95 .Those parameters are essential for photo editing. It was the most important criteria for me. Moreover, I could used it with my own lamp that works perfectly. Great product for photo editors.

The light is great, but after only 2 years of a using this light for only a couple of hours a week, it has started flickering for a about a whole minute when I turn it on. For such an expensive lamp, that is unacceptable.

This is the highest quality of light I've seen from an LED bulb. It has a neutral tint and brings out red colours better than any other LED bulb I've seen due to the high colour rendering. There is no PWM flickering or whining noise that I can detect. It looks to be slightly cooler than the advertised 5000K but the CRI 94 rating seems genuine, although I don't have a spectrometer to confirm this. I wish it came in bayonet fitting for the UK instead of screw. It is very expensive for an LED bulb, but I haven't seen any other competing products with neutral tint and high CRI. Update: died after after around 5 years use so I've reduced my rating to 4 stars, since you would expect an LED bulb to last longer

Full spectrum light bulb, great for your hobbies, bright, good colour rendering. Perfect for me.
