This is my very first drone, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I originally wanted one of DJI’s more expensive models with obstacle avoidance, but since I was completely new to flying, I figured I’d probably make some beginner mistakes. Instead of spending around $1,000 on my first drone, I decided to start with the Mini 4K Fly More Combo, and I honestly think it was the perfect decision. What surprised me the most is how quickly I became comfortable flying it. I expected it to take days or even weeks to build confidence, but I was out flying within about 30 minutes of unboxing it. The setup was incredibly easy, and the DJI Fly app walks you through everything step by step. Since then, I’ve been flying all around my property, exploring well beyond my neighborhood, practicing at the maximum legal height, trying out QuickShots, panoramas, timed photos, and recording beautiful 4K video. Every time I fly it, I discover another feature that makes me smile. Like any beginner, I accidentally clipped a few tree branches while I was learning. Every time it happened, it was because I got distracted or flew too close to the branches, not because of the drone. It has even survived a couple of falls without any damage, which really impressed me and gave me even more confidence as I learned. I’ve been watching YouTube videos almost every day to learn new tricks, and I recently learned how to hand launch it and safely catch it by hand when I’m finished flying. There are so many cool features that I honestly can’t stop talking about this drone. The image quality is incredible. The photos are sharp, the 4K video looks amazing, and the 3-axis gimbal keeps everything smooth. I’ve already been showing my videos to my nephews, nieces, friends, and family, and everyone has been impressed by the video quality. Even the DJI Fly app makes it easy to create really cool videos that look professionally edited. I actually bought this drone for an upcoming trip to Hawaii, and after spending time practicing with it at home, I know it’s going to capture some amazing memories. If you’re looking for your first drone, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s affordable, incredibly easy to learn, packed with features, and an amazing value for the money. The funny thing is, I originally thought I’d eventually upgrade to one of DJI’s flagship drones. But after using this one, I’m honestly not so sure anymore. I love it that much. For the price, it’s incredibly hard to beat. I could almost buy two or three of these for the price of one flagship model, and for the kind of flying I do, this drone has completely exceeded my expectations. If I ever needed a backup for travel, I’d honestly buy another Mini 4K without hesitation. For anyone who’s been thinking about getting into drones but feels intimidated like I was, don’t overthink it. This drone made learning fun instead of stressful, and I honestly can’t wait to keep flying and see what else it can do. Five stars without hesitation!

This is my first modern drone. The last drone I owned was called a quadcopter, and it could supposedly do a backflip. I saw it on YouTube. I could barely get the thing to fly, let alone do a backflip. The DJI Mini 4K is awesome. I've been flying it for about three weeks now, and I'm having a blast. It's easy to set up, easy to fly, and very forgiving if you're just getting started. It's a pretty manual drone. There's no obstacle avoidance, waypoints, cruise control, or Follow Me, but that's okay. This is the drone to actually learn how to fly on instead of letting the drone do all the work. It's also a great way to learn aerial photography and videography. If you have enough room, you can even fly it inside. I practiced indoors quite a bit when I first got it, and it really helped me get comfortable with the controls before taking it outside. One of the best things about it is that it weighs less than 249 grams, so you can fly it recreationally without registering it with the FAA. I would still suggest taking the TRUST (The Recreational UAS Safety Test). It's required by the FAA for recreational drone pilots; it's free, it's easy, and it teaches you the basic safety information you need to know. I'd also recommend downloading an app that shows airspace restrictions before you fly. It only takes a minute to check and can save you a lot of trouble. The only downside is that the Mini 4K is small and gray, so it can be easy to lose sight of on a bright day. I added a red wrap and a couple of strobe lights, and they made a big difference. One other thing to know: you'll need to use your cell phone with the RC-N1 controller. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with one of the most protective OtterBox cases. I love OtterBox, but my case was just too big and barely fit in the controller. I switched to an OtterBox Symmetry Series case, and now my phone fits much better. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the DJI Mini 4K. If you're looking for your first drone, this is the one I'd recommend. Learn to fly this one first, then move up to something with all the extra features later. I think you'll appreciate them a lot more once you've learned the basics.

The Fly-More combo is definitely the way to buy a drone -- it comes with everything you need. Easy to get running (although you really *should* read the manual to understand how to get the most out of it). Tons of fun. Works great with my iPhone 14. And the bag corrals all the pieces (controller, batteries and charger, drone itself), which is handy. The one "missing" item is a memory card, although that's really only needed if you want to save 4K video (which you will probably want to, eventually). Consider adding one to your order.

That said, given the price point, it’s an understandable tradeoff. Overall, this drone is an absolute steal for what it offers. Fantastic performance, great battery life, excellent camera quality—just be mindful of your surroundings while flying. Easily a 5-star product for value and capability.

Absolutely perfect for what we like to do! Small and lightweight, easy to use. DJI app is straight forward and quick to learn. Video quality is crisp and clear. 3 batteries, case and charger hub are great - I wouldn't skip on getting them.

It’s lightweight, easy to fly, and delivers really impressive 4K video quality for such a compact drone. Setup is simple, and the controls are very intuitive, making it a great option even if you’ve never flown a drone before. The camera is definitely one of the highlights. The 4K footage looks sharp and clear, and the 3-axis gimbal does a great job keeping videos smooth and stable while flying. It’s perfect for capturing scenic landscapes, travel moments, or just experimenting with aerial photography. The Fly More Combo is absolutely worth it. The extra batteries are a huge benefit because they give you much more flight time before needing to recharge. The charging hub and carrying bag also make it much easier to keep everything organized and ready to travel. Another big plus is the portability. The drone is small and lightweight, so it’s easy to toss in a backpack and take just about anywhere. Despite its size, it flies very smoothly and handles light wind better than expected. The reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that it doesn’t include advanced obstacle avoidance like some higher-end drones. You have to be more careful when flying near trees or buildings. Overall, the DJI Mini 4K Fly More Combo is a fantastic drone with great video quality, solid performance, and useful extras. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to get into drone flying without spending a premium price.

Like many adding reviews here, I didn't have any experience with drones before this one. I've flown some cheap RC helicopters indoors and nothing else. If you have ANY interest in learning how to use drones, this might one of the best introductory models you can find, save for one huge caveat, and the only feature I miss: there is no automatic obstacle avoidance on this one. This means you MUST be more careful in flying low or near any objects. It's easy to hit a tree branch if you're trying to maneuver in tight spots and are inexperienced. However, once up and beyond low-hanging man-made objects, I don't even remember this feature is missing. Seriously once up over the landscape and hundreds of feet up, it's just smooth sailing. I was afraid to let this out of visual sight at first. Even some youtubers suggested you shouldn't fly out of sight because of the lack of OA. But then I decided to really test it, and found that I could fly out 1.5 miles from my house without any issue at all. Signal did break up once as I was faced the opposite direction, but restored in less than 3 seconds and the drone was fine. RTH has worked perfectly whenever I get a little lost. And even with real life wind, I very easily get about 25 minutes of usable flight time before I get nervous enough to bring it down, usually with about 10% battery life left. (IT WILL NOT FLY AS QUICKLY OR AS WELL AT LOW BATTERY, DO NOT ASSUME THAT LAST 10% WILL TAKE YOU AS FAR AS THE FIRST 10%). The intelligence built-in is incredible. It's a far cry from pro models, but the RTH has worked without fail, and I love the security of knowing if my controller dies, my phone dies, or signal is suddenly blocked, it's gonna make every effort to return home. Also, I just trust the sensors and bring it back home if it tells me it's time. I only push the battery if I have to. LiPo batteries do better if you're not deep charging them every cycle, so unless you have to, don't push it way down below 15% and your batteries will last longer. I bought the fly-more package and truly recommend it if you can spring for the extra cost. That ensures I never need to abuse my batteries. There is nothing else in this price range that offers this many amazing features, and with the reliability of DJI behind it, it'll have support for years. If you've wanted to check out this hobby, or if you've just been burned on cheaper drones but are still open to it, this is the drone for you. It's not really great for indoor flight or getting real close to objects, but with some practice it's far from impossible. The incredible range and fantastic camera put this in a category all it's own.

Quede impresionado al ser mi primer Dron,así como en el manejo muy sencillo de controlar y de la batería dura al menos para mi 25 a 30 minutos (no quiero correr riesgos al ser un producto de costo), el precio en que lo conseguí fue bajo a como se encuentra por ahora, su alcance me sorprende, eso si antes de usarlo configuren el RPO por si la señal pierde conexión con una altitud en donde no vaya a topar con algún poste eléctrico o casa, ya que no cuenta con sensores a los lados, de ahí para allá es un excelente producto DJI nunca queda mal.

Great drone for absolute beginners and it produces lovely footage and photos. I’ve used this when shooting for construction clients on site. I’m a professional photographer but had never used a drone before. This one is so easy and it literally tells you how to use it. You just need to plug your phone into the remote for it to function.

初のドローンです。 ProのようなAIルーティングや近接回避は付いてませんが、森の中とかじゃなくて広い場所で飛ばすぶんには全く問題なし。 画像も物凄く綺麗だし操作も数回練習すれば問題なし。 飛距離も障害物が無ければかなり遠くまで電波が届くし、電波が途切れても（戻ってくるまでドキドキしますが）ちゃんと戻って来るし。 アプリでの自動ビデオ作成もすごく賢いアプリでかっこいいビデオが自動で作れるし。 超おすすめです。 もちろん登録は必要ですし、飛行禁止区域や高度のことは覚えないといけませんが、アプリでも飛行禁止エリアはわかるし、国交省の登録もマイナカードがあれば超簡単に即日できますので、心配しなくても大丈夫です。 ツーリングやドライブのお供に連れて行って、壮大な景色の中で撮影して楽しんでいます。

Great price. Easy to learn... Have had no issues after 10-15 hours of flying.
