DIGESTION I had no issues with digestion taking these. DO THEY HELP? I take these when I need a boost in immunity. They seem to work all right. I tend to like my zinc complex little better, but these are okay. BOTTLE I tend to like larger quantities of supplements so I don't have to rebuild constantly. This only has a 30 day supply. THE BOTTOM LINE These seem to work, but you don't get many in a bottle. MY RATING FOUR STARS. I like these but there are not many in a bottle.
