Reason for Return: Product not as described / Not compatible with my devices Details: I purchased the Spigen ArcStation 653 expecting fast charging across my supported devices (Redmi Note 9 Pro, Samsung A34, Samsung Flip 5) via PD and PPS protocols. However, the charger fails to deliver expected performance: Redmi Note 9 Pro: Does not initiate Quick Charge 3.0 even when using a PD-certified USB-C cable. Samsung A34: Shows “Super Fast Charging” briefly, but actual power output stays under 9W (confirmed via AccuBattery). Samsung Flip 5: Works, but only on specific ports and inconsistently. The charger also heats up significantly (above 40°C) with minimal load, which raises long-term safety concerns. Additionally, the charger has a loose fit in standard Indian sockets, making it unstable for use. Overall, it does not meet the expected or advertised utility across multiple PD/PPS-supported devices. Kindly accept for refund.

Good portable fast charger, dual slot are much needed, provides fast charging too.

I just got the product yesterday, it works fine. I don't use it to charge laptops, i use it to charge 2 mobiles max. when one mobile is charging, it heats up a little, but it is not noticeable. But when two mobiles are connected, it gets very hot, so I am worried about it's reliability. The package that it arrived. Was shrink wrapped. But when I opened the package, the box inside it was a little torn, I'm not sure if it is Packaging fault Or if it is a used product. I will review this product after six months for long-term issues.

I bought this Spigen 65W GaN adapter for my Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 8, and I am highly satisfied with its performance. The charging speed is excellent thanks to PD and PPS support. Even in the current heat, the GaN technology keeps the adapter remarkably cool while charging. It has a premium build and a very compact design which makes it perfect for travel. Being BIS certified, I feel confident about the safety of my devices. Pros: Super fast charging for Pixel phones. Doesn't overheat during long sessions. Compact and portable size. 3 ports are very versatile. Cons: Slightly expensive, but worth it for the quality and safety it provides. ​

Stopped working with in seven months of use for my s24 ultra, wrote several mails to Spigen India team for nearly 20 days by submitting all video details of the adaptor to claim warranty as they mentioned the warranty is 2 years, but the warranty is for only name sake,. You are lucky only if it works for upto 2 years, when it fails they won't help you even under warranty, Your money goes in vain as soon as the adaptor fails as like my condition. Please don't buy Spigen Electronic items, no quality and technology inside the adaptor. Writing this review by thinking it may help someone. Amazon helped me through call and refunded total money paid by me, after explaining this, this made me, increase my Trust and Respect on Amazon and Amazon Customer Care Support. Thank you Amazon.
