Two units for both ears, perfect! The noise cancellation works well in crowds, and adjusting volume is very simple—no complicated apps needed. The beige color blends nicely and looks discreet. My mother loves how lightweight it feels, and the charging case is convenient for travel. Battery lasts long, and we got the dry kit free. Worth every penny—great product from Balson! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful Product, *by on Reviewed in India 30 May 2026* The Balson Hearing Aid is a product of Value for Money and I have found it useful especially in interior environments, ### ⭐ Cheap product waste of money *by on Reviewed in India 6 April 2026* Worst product ever. It became faulty within just 10 days. For service, you have to courier it all the way to Noida, and it took over 20 days to get it back. How are people supposed to manage without it for 20+ days? On top of that, the battery now drains very quickly. Since it broke within 10 days, I requested a brand-new replacement, but they only sent back the repaired unit. Don't waste your money on this product—buy from a reputable brand instead. ## Frequently Bought Together - Balson AG-7901 Rechargeable CIC Digital Hearing Aid Machine for Old Age with Auto Noise Cancellation (Beige, For Single Ear, with Dry Kit and 1 Year Warranty) - Fastwell 2 unit For Both Ear Rechargeable Hearing Aids with Noise Cancelling, Nano Hearing Amplifier Assist Miracle Ear for Adults,Digital Hearing Amplifiers for Hearing Loss (Pair (Beige) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/623570487-ag-7901-rechargeable-cic-digital-hearing-aid-machine-for-old](https://www.desertcart.it/products/623570487-ag-7901-rechargeable-cic-digital-hearing-aid-machine-for-old) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
