Excellent for make up removal, good value for money, you don't need to use much so very economical. I have sensitive skin but this is Excellent.

Loved this cleansing balm. The twisting bottle was perfect, delivering the exact amount i needed every time. It didn't sting or cloud my eyes, which I find most balms do. It removed make up easy and skin didn't feel dry/tight afterwards. My only small criticism is, it's impossible to know when you're nearing the end of the bottle, so I now keep a spare ready!

I love, love, love this cleansing balm. Of course, I always go with Korean skincare (having lived there in the past, I know it's top quality!). I much prefer this to other cleansing balms as it has a grinding top, so it's much more hygienic than a little spatula that some others come with or using my fingers to take some out. There isn't really any fragrance or smell to this, which I appreciate as some products can irritate the skin if they have too much. I usually use micellar water first, then this cleansing balm, and then a water-based cleanser. It feels lovely to work into the skin and emulsifies just the right amount. My skin doesn't feel dry or tight after using it, but definitely like it's had a good clean to get rid of the make-up. The cleansing balm is vegan, which I know a lot of people (myself included) will value. The price is good in terms of buying it in the UK and from Amazon it's currently cheaper than most of the high street health and beauty stores selling it for about £19, in Korea you would pay on average around £10 for the same product. The only reason I've given 4 stars is that it's difficult to tell when the product is running out, and you can't refill packaging. Overall, this is my go to at the moment!

Absolutely love this removes all dirt and make up leaving the skin glowing. The grinder dispenser gives the right amount and super hygienic.

Bought this after seeing reviews. Love the way it dispenses the cleanser - also need to put fingers in a pot! I have sensitive skin and I found it to be perfect and leaves skin soft and clean.

I was surprised I’d never heard of this until recently, it’s really nice! my skin is very sensitive, fussy, often irritated, constantly flaking. I was looking for a gentle balm cleanser where I wouldn’t have to dig it out of the jar with fingers or spatula. I asked chatgpt and gave examples of formulas I liked (banila co clean it zero, heimish all clean balm, futurewise face melt) and it recommended this. I was pleasantly surprised to actually prefer it over all 3! it’s super gentle, no fragrance, has a very nice ~slip~ to it. good for massaging dry skin flakes off. I sometimes follow with micellar water but it’s also good on its own. I think the size may be a bit deceptive because of the grinding mechanism inside the jar - it ran out sooner than I was expecting. but I repurchased without a second thought! this is my HG now!

Very gentle mouse, feels like an oil but not too strong. Gently removes my make up. I always use after that cleaning gel for my type of skin. Really recommend it. My skin is : oily/combined, reactive, tender, with rednesses and post acne.
