Got this ac last week. The installation workers delayed a day in coming despite it they installed the ac quite good and didn't charge any extra amount as no extra wires or stuff were required. Cooling is fast and performance is good but a little noisy only in the turbo mode. Overall its sufficient for my family and I hope haier would provide good after service to us. I will update my review with time. Thank you Update:- Im surprised, after 4 months, its working hella fine. It cools my room in just some minutes and i found no disturbance in its working. Well it deserves 5 star rating now.

I purchased the Haier 1.5 Ton 5 Star Triple Inverter Split AC during Amazon’s summer sale and was initially very happy with the discounted price. However, my experience took a frustrating turn during the installation process. When placing the order, Amazon automatically added a line for "Pay brand for Installation @ ₹1199+GST", showing ₹0 charged by Amazon, so I assumed that the installation would be straightforward and reasonably priced. Amazon’s "Learn more" section clearly mentioned that installation will be done by the brand, and ₹1199+GST is to be paid directly to the technician. However, nowhere did it clearly mention that essential components like the outdoor unit stand would be chargeable, which is basic and mandatory for installation. Here's what happened: The technician asked for ₹1415 (incl. GST) just for basic installation. Then demanded ₹900 extra for the stand to fix the outdoor unit. I ended up paying ₹2315 total for installation — way beyond the ₹1199 + GST mentioned. When I contacted Amazon support, they also confirmed that stand and accessories are extra — but this was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Amazon’s explanation came only after delivery, when it’s too late for the customer to change their mind. Why this is misleading: The stand is NOT optional — how do you expect the technician to install the outdoor unit without mounting it? Amazon and Haier should treat this as a mandatory component, and either include it or clearly state the extra cost upfront. I feel tricked into this purchase. I could’ve bought the same AC from a local retailer for a better price and with full transparency. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. Amazon should not allow brands to hide behind vague terms like “accessories extra” for something as basic as a stand. It’s common sense that the AC has to be installed properly, and customers should not be surprised with additional charges after paying the full order amount. 🔴 I urge others to double-check with the brand or seller before ordering any AC installation on Amazon. What looks like a good deal may not be one after all the hidden costs.

Installation service was not good irrespective behaviour of local service center.

Value for money, so far it is the third season and no issues. Although AC has been used less, say 50-60% compared to other ACs but still the problem of gas leak is rampant in our area due to a drain channel passing half a km away. The AC is functioning fine without any gas refill requirement, and now this is the third year. Cooling is good as well and somehow the service agency here in a tier 3 city is also very good compared to even LG.

Used more than 6 month never had any issue with this AC good quality product, sufficient cooling, installation was proper costed 2200 including holder for outdoor unit

I cannot recommend this AC based on my experience. The unit requires frequent professional attention, and the overall cost of ownership is much higher than expected. I found that even basic maintenance was handled poorly, with the technicians doing the bare minimum while still charging full price. Furthermore, be very careful with the warranty timelines. I tried to claim a service within what should have been my free service window (based on my April 8th invoice), but it was denied. If you are looking for a product with reliable after-sales support and clear warranty honoring, I would suggest looking elsewhere

Ac is in Good condition, makes room cool quickly. Installation service charges that I paid for Installation - 1416/- Outdoor unit stand - 950/- Total I paid - 2,366/- In instructions they said 1199/- +GST... But charges 1416/- Out door unit stand cost also better to share in instructions before but not in installation time but charged 950/-. You guys read carefully before doing online purchase.
